Construction Management

Wright-Pierce expertise extends beyond planning and design. We offer a full range of construction management services. We have provided these services on hundreds of infrastructure projects ranging from large complex treatment facilities to small improvement projects. Our staff includes construction managers, resident engineers, specialty inspectors and other experts. While the majority of our projects have been constructed with the traditional Design-Bid-Build approach, we have significant experience with Alternative Project Delivery Methods.

Building Design Services

Wright-Pierce is distinguished with professional in-house building design group that provides full time support and assistance to our core practices of water, wastewater and infrastructure engineers. In addition, the Building Design Group provides services directly to clients. The Building Design group is comprised of AIA accredited and LEED certified professionals including architects, landscape architects, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation control engineers.
