Based on the common structure of SH50, the model SH50K runs for a small powered machine able to supply extreme performances in terms of capacity and granulometry. The series is highly interchangeable with the electric driven series SE30K.

SE30K model originates from SE30; both versions have a big quantity of common parts. The series is available in 4 lengths versions and it represents the top model in the range of small pre-shredders manufactured by WRS Italia. Cutting system is adjustable in order to get an output granulometry up to 0-150mm minimum.

Single shaft shredder model SR510 is the perfect machine for shredding of pre-crushed bulky items, wooden scraps, pre-cut tyres, plastics and many other materials. It is provided with special arrangements like the possibility for rotor and counter-blades cooling and an opening/closing system of front door for cutting group maintenance. The power transmission is dimensioned in order to guarantee long terms operation on high resistant materials that submit the system to an high and constant stress.

ST630 are sturdy pre-crushers with high performance and capacity. These machines can handle a wide range of materials that must not be contaminated by heavy metals or materials that cannot be grinded. This single shaft is designed for bulky items crushing and it represents the first phase in the RDF or similar plants. The sorting grid can be automatically extracted by an hydraulic system: shock detector and level sensors into the hopper complete the machine configuration.

SE150Q model too is available as special version TS100, patented, and designed for car tyres granulating. Specific purposes of this machine are WEEE treatment and RDF production. The 4-shaft shredder can manage the dry fraction out coming from sorting lines getting an homogeneous granulometric fraction. Minimum size grid is 20mm.

 SE125Q is the smallest 4-shaft shredder manufactured by WRS Italia. Its special patented version TS50 can easily shred car tyres and reduce them into a fraction 0-20mm, steel free >98%. This machine represents the `heart` of the equivalent Tyres G recycling plant. Drive is done by 4 motors. A selecting screen with different measures and shape completes the machine outfit.

SE30 model available in 4 different lenghts, up to 1300 mm, represents the WRS Italia top selling model in the electric driven machine range. It has been distributed in hundreds of pieces, as it represents the best ratio between price and performances.

Derived from the SE30 common structure, the SH50 model represent the entry-reference to the hydraulic driven  machine range. With only 37 kW properly distributed, the machine reaches quiet high performances within the field.

The SE10 model is derived from the SE15 structure and available in 360 and 480 mm lenghts. It is all about a very strong machine in relation with the low power applied, therefore suitable for quiet heavy-duty applications. Some application fields are plastic containers up to 20 liter, trimmings, wodden waste, biomasses, paper, cardboard, printouts, cheques, WEEE, electronic boards.

SE15 model originates from SE30 structure and it represents the top sale product within the smallest machine range. It is available in 4 lengths up to 1250 mm.
