The machine has double working station HF welders with 5, 8, 10KW stable controlled HF power outputs are designed for various industrial HF welding and heat sealing applications requiring precision flat surface for product positioning and complex shape welds. HF welder can be easily converted to a standard Heat Sealer for applications where HF welding is not necessary or impossible (eg: PP or PE materials). Machine is equipped with quick change 4 point electrode holder. Custom built tooling and electrodes are available upon request.

Turntable manual or automatic sealing machine series HF Welder is equipped with special high precision rotary indexing gear controlled by frequency inverter. The machine operation is based on step by step technology with possibility of multiple welds in one cycle. With the use of touch screen PLC, operator can easily input multiple weld/seam recipes. machines have production power outputs from 5kW to 20kW for multi-cavity production loads and specialized products.

The Machine is designed specifically for production of small and large format tensile structures, membranes, tarpaulin, tents, oil booms, truck covers, swimming pool liners & covers, airline hangars, large billboards, fast doors, side curtains, etc. This basic design machine can be fitted with special impulse electrode for welding non-HF weldable fabrics made of PE and PP, as well as multilayer welding electrode and curved HF electrodes for sealing round window profiles made of clear PVC and any other shapes requiring precision welding. The machine is equipped with special deep and wide trough behind the electrode for material storage and handling. Machine has optional smooth glide wheels for easy movement in-around welded fabric, or relocation to a desired place in manufacturing hall.

The machine double station shuttle HF welders with 35, 50, 75, 100kW stable controlled HF power outputs are designed for various industrial HF welding and heat sealing applications requiring precision flat surface for product positioning and complex shape welds. HF welder can be easily converted to a standard Heat Sealer for applications where HF welding is not necessary or impossible (eg: PP or PE materials).
