XpertDose - Automated Powder Dispensing Platform
XpertDose is an advanced miniaturized robotic platform specifically engineered to automate powder dispensing and solution preparation processes for chemical libraries, research centers, and control laboratories. The platform offers precision dosing down to sub-milligram levels, utilizing a patented dosing cap that ensures accuracy up to 1/100th of a milligram. It is specially designed to manage a wide array of dry powders, including fine, granular, and heterogeneous mixtures, through the use of debridging and ionization techniques. XpertDose® enhances laboratory efficiency by automating solvent calculations for solutions, dynamically adjusting to target concentrations with utmost precision. The platform is fully modular, adapting to various container formats, and features multiple technical attributes such as barcode reading and inert gas purging. XpertLogistics - Laboratory Robotic Platform
XpertLogistics is a state-of-the-art laboratory robotic platform engineered to streamline sample logistics and management in laboratories. Developed by Xpert Automation, this platform is designed to address the challenges associated with handling minute quantities of compounds, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the preparatory processes. XpertLogistics offers a modular and adaptable system featuring a Cartesian robot within a secure enclosure, complemented by modules tailored to specific laboratory needs, such as tube labelling and precise dosage with balances accurate to a fraction of a milligram. Its modular design supports various applications through its three sizes: S, M, and L/XL platforms, each catering to different operational scales. The platform integrates seamlessly with XpertDose®, enhancing laboratory logistics with functions like automatic taring, net product dosage, and solvent addition. Xpert Automation - Plate Labeling Machine
The Xpert Automation Plate Labeling Machine offers an efficient solution for laboratories handling high volumes of liquid samples, requiring precise labeling of SBS (Society for Biomolecular Screening) format plates. This stand-alone device is compatible with the XpertDose and XpertLogistics robotic platforms, enhancing laboratory throughput and reducing errors commonly associated with manual labeling. Capable of handling various SBS plate types, it efficiently prints and applies durable labels compatible with complex laboratory environments. The labeling machine processes an average of 120 plates in approximately 30 minutes via its four stackers. Equipped with a user-friendly PC interface, it allows for configuration via basic text or Excel files and can accommodate new plate formats through a teach-in utility. Labels are resistant to chemicals and extreme temperatures, ensuring long-lasting quality. The machine also features built-in compliance scanning for traceability, making it a crucial addition to any laboratory aiming for efficient operation.
