KATANA Heavy Duty Shredder is a multipurpose heavy duty crusher. Provides efficient operation thanks to its overload protection. The machine is belt driven for simple transmission. Adjustable blade clearance optimizes the cutting function. The blades are housed in a "flat bed" shredder providing long life and low operating costs. The machine is designed for quick and easy replacement of blades and screens. The rotor is built and designed for minimal wear. Sieves with different hole sizes are available for flexible production.

YILDIZ DEBEADER is designed for debeading process. Tyre debeader is for drawing out the steel in the ring of tyres. After debeading, tyres are ready to go shredding or rough breaking step. Debeading process increases shredders blades life.

KATANA -YILDIZ TYRE BALER helps tires to less spaces in stocking and transportation for huge saving in storing.

Tire Recycling Facilities are where end-of-life vehicle tires are separated into components and transformed into reusable raw materials. All of the rubber, steel and cord fabric in vehicle tires are recycled 100% in the lines we produce, by going through the shredding and separation stages. The rubber raw material, which is obtained in the highest amount from end-of-life tire recycling, comes out of our line in the form of granules of the desired grain size. This rubber raw material is used intensively in areas like sports fields such as tartan tracks, soft floors of walking areas and covering the floors of children`s playgrounds. The YILDIZ - KATANA Optimus Choppers are heavy-duty primary shredders designed as first step in any recycling process. Low speed and high torque make the Optimus Choppers the ideal primary shredders for processing tough materials. They are powered directly by reducer gear or a hydraulic motor and power unit with PLC control panel, both ensuring automatic reverse for overload protection and minimizing knife damages. Adjustable knife clearance optimizes cutting function, and the knives can be reground multiple times on a “flat-bed” grinder to ensure long life and low operation costs. The unique rotor is manufactured and designed for minimum wear. The Oprtimus Choppers are currently available as single shaft version depending on the needed capacity and cutting force.
