Lined Gate Valve
Model PFA - Lined Gate Valve
Gate valve can be divided into rising stem gate valve, which refers to the disc doing lift movement in straight line along with the valve stem, and nonrising stem gate valve which refers to the stem nut located in the disc, when the stem rotates, the disc doing lift movement in straight line. YFM adopt new structure, therefore, no inconvenient operation or dead-clamp phenomenon, caused by the medium of particles and fiber of the inside screw nonrising stem type gate valve, Thus it can be installed in all position. They are commonly used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food, metallurgy, paper, hydropower, environment protection etc.

Pneumatic Lined Single Seat Control Valve
Pneumatic/electric lined single-seat control valve is the execution unit in automation instrument system; it consists of many spring film actuators/electric actuators and through-way fluorine-lined single-seat regulator. Installed on the medium pipeline and operated with other instrument to control parameters such as flow rate etc. Due to the wetted parts of valve are lined with fluorine plastic (PTFE, PFA, FEP), and the stem sealing adopts PTFE bellow and packing, it has better performance in corrosion resistance and sealing and its installation has better reliability. It’s suitable for any corrosive medium except for "molten alkali metals and fluorine element”. The lined control valves are widely used in petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy, pulp & paper and other industrial automation device.

This product adopts trople offset metal seat structure. the seat is metal to metal. so it can be used in high temperature and pressure situation with remaining stable sealing preformance. The special sealing system can ensure the high sealing performance from ultra low temperature to super high temperature. The new design lower the torque of butterfly valve because disc sealing face is the inclined frustum of a cone shape, each point in disc will break away from sealing ring when it opens, the solid will not be accumulated in sealing face.
