YS, Inc.`s toll hammer mill services process dry materials in a moisture-controlled, contaminant free environment. This closed system ensures zero exposure of the product to the atmosphere throughout the entire process. A minus 25 degree Fahrenheit dew point is used on all mills and cGMP guidelines are followed in this production area.

Dry materials are toll classified through the use of a vibratory screen system determining, with precision, the grade of the final product. YS, Inc. can currently classify dry materials from 20 to 325 mesh. Should you desire a more specialized specification for toll screening, please let us know.

For our Toll Refractory Drying Services, YS, Inc. uses indirect-fired rotary tube dryers with temperature capabilities of up to 1600°F. We have experience in drying clay, press cake, filter cake services, metals, ceramics, tin, cobalt, nickel and tungsten feed stocks.

Stainless steel vessels are used in toll ribbon blending and toll ribbon mixing of liquids and solids at YS, Inc.

Located in the Southeastern part of the country, YS, Inc. provides Toll Metal Recovery services using indirect fired rotary tube calciners with temperature capabilities of up to 1500°F. We have experience with the calcination of tin, cobalt, nickel and tungsten feed stock. We can package into drums and super sacks. YS Inc. has experience in processing materials ranging from ion exchange resins to metal oxides. We have experience feeding a wide variety of materials and can develop a customized feed process should it be needed.
