Woven Wire Screens / Quarry Screens
YUDIN - Plain Weave Woven Wire Screens
As simple as it can be. Plain weave screens are essential for the majority of screening applications. In this type of weave wires are bent and locked together to form a robust structure where each wire keeps the adjoining wires in place. Plain weave screens are typically square and are very common in under 25mm (1”) aperture size and can go up to 100mm (4”).
YUDIN - Double Crimped Woven Wire Screens
Double crimped woven wire screens help maintain the exact square aperture size. In this type of weave crimped wires get locked together in every third crimp leaving some of them free. This lock forms a robust structure where the holes are exactly square and each wire keeps the adjoining wires in place.
YUDIN - Dual Lock Extra Tense Woven Wire Screens
Dual lock woven wire screens are similar to plain weave screens but in this type the wires get an additional lock from each side of the panel for extra rigidity and a fixed opening size. This type of weaving works very well for aperture sizes over 25mm (1”) or where the aperture size/wire diameter proportions get larger. After this aperture the distance between the wire bends increases and an additional lock ensures the wires stay in place.
YUDIN - Square Flat Top Locked Woven Wire Screens
Wires in flat top locked screens get locked only on one side of the panel. It comes with several benefits which include a fixed aperture opening size, perfectly locked wires, flat top of the screen for easier material flow and reduced wear.
YUDIN - Slotted Rectangular Woven Wire Screens
Slotted screens are also known as Elongated mesh screens. They are similar to dual crimped screens with one small difference. The aperture shape in some of the openings is rectangular. By removing some of the wires and keeping the width of the rectangular slots constant we can achieve a larger screening area and less blinding and clogging.
Polyurethane Screens for Quarrying and Mining
Side-Tensioned Polyurethane Screens
Side-Tensioned polyurethane screens are very common and provide the best alternative to woven wire screens. These type of screens can be used in place of woven wire screens without any modifications to the screen box. The main advantages are easy retrofitting, exceptional abrasion resistance, lack of corrosion and low noise levels during operation. We supply Aggregate and Sand Polyurethane Screens in different types for specific applications with a variety of aperture opening sizes and thicknesses.
Modular Screens
Modular polyurethane screens are suitable for a large number of applications. Their special design allows for easy installation with various connection options. Modular screens can be grooved on the sides to slide in or have special locks that fit each other. The panels can also lock onto the rails of the screen box bracing. Fitting modular screens will save you time on installation and replacement. These panels can also be changed individually without affecting others. The panels are repairable. We supply Aggregate and Sand Polyurethane Screens in different types for specific applications with a variety of aperture opening sizes and thicknesses.
Dewatering Screens
This type of screen panel performs best in fine screening and dewatering applications. Smaller modules with very small aperture sizes are cast into large frames to form a rigid large panel. These panels join together to form the screens. We supply Aggregate and Sand Polyurethane Screens in different types for specific applications with a variety of aperture opening sizes and thicknesses.
Modular Flip-Flop/Flip-Flow Polyurethane Screens
This type of PU screening media is a great solution for screening sticky material. Flip-flop screen mats are flexible and move freely under the vibration of the screen box and material falling onto it. It helps to minimise clogging, especially when the material is wet. The flip-flop/flip-flow screens are light and easy to change. Thus, it will save you time on installation and replacement. These panels can be changed individually without affecting others. The panels are repairable. We supply Aggregate and Sand Polyurethane Screens in different types for specific applications with a variety of aperture opening sizes and thicknesses.
Polyurethane Jig Screens
This type of polyurethane screens is very specific. It is designed for jigging applications to separate light and heavy particles in water. We supply Aggregate and Sand Polyurethane Screens in different types for specific applications with a variety of aperture opening sizes and thicknesses.
