Low Voltage Squirrel Cage Motors

ZCL - Low Voltage High Power Squirrel Cage Motor

The low-voltage variable frequency motor has the characteristics of wide speed regulation range, low vibration and low noise. The motor adopts the squirrel-cage structure, which is reliable in operation and convenient in maintenance. The installation dimensions and power levels are in accordance with the IEC standard, which is consistent with the corresponding Y series low-voltage motors. Interchangeability and versatility. The low-voltage variable frequency speed control motor is equipped with an independent cooling fan to ensure that the motor has good cooling effect at different speeds. This series of motors outputs constant torque when operating from 5 (3) to 50 Hz, and outputs constant power when operating from 50 to 100 Hz. The low-voltage variable frequency motor can be used with many inverters, and controlled by the inverter to achieve the speed under different conditions.

ZCL - AC Motors

Y2 series (center height H80-355mm) asynchronous motor is a fully enclosed structure, self-fan cooled squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous motor. This series of motors is a general-purpose low-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor that is designed and updated on the basis of Y series motors. Compared with Y series motors, Y2 series motors have high power, large starting torque, protection class IP54, and insulation class F. The appearance is beautiful, the noise is low, the motor cooling method is IC411, and the installation size and power level are completely in accordance with the IEC standard.  As a general-purpose motor, Y2 series asynchronous induction motor is suitable for various mechanical equipment without special requirements. The rated voltage of this series of motors is 380V (can be designed as special voltage according to requirements), the rated frequency is 50HZ/60HZ, the motor power is below YKW for Y connection, and the above 4KW is for ? connection.

Low Voltage Slip Ring Motors

ZCL - Wound Rotor Slip Ring Motor

The JR series Wound Rotor Motor is a protective winding type rotor three-phase asynchronous motor with cooling method IC01 and a continuous working system (S1). This series of motors can provide a large starting torque at a small starting current and can adjust the speed within a certain range. The JR winding slip ring motor casing is a cast iron casing or a steel plate welded casing with high structural strength and good mechanical properties. The motor shaft extension end and the non-bearing end have an inlet and outlet air outlet, and the motor slip ring is located at the non-bearing end. The series of motors has a simple structure, convenient installation, convenient maintenance, large starting torque and safe and reliable operation. 

ZCL - Slip Ring Motor for Ball Mill

YRQ winding slip ring motor is specially designed for ball mills. This series of motors is a derivative of the original JR slip ring motor. It is a new product that optimizes the product structure and improves the process design, maximally meeting the use of mill equipment. YRQ series ball mill motor windings have high mechanical strength and improve the insulation level of the motor. The slip ring and carbon brush device of the motor are placed outside the end cover, which can effectively prevent carbon dust from contaminating the coil, and at the same time, it is easy to replace and repair. In the manufacturing process, the power frequency to ground pressure test of the turn-to-turn pulse withstand tester was carried out. The stator and rotor windings were made of F-grade insulating varnish and cured by high temperature drying. The insulation performance of the motor was stable and reliable.
