Zenith’s Abra-Super® Rubber sheets are use premium natural rubber for abrasion, impact and corrosion resistance. Pure natural rubber is an outstanding abrasion resistant material, particularly for handling slurries. The inherent properties of strength, resilience and cut resistance have a direct effect on wear performance.

Butyl rubber is a copolymer or isobutylene and a small percentage of isoprene and has a very low permeability to air and other gases. It has excellent resistance to ozone, oxidation and sunlight, with an excellent temperature range of -45° C to + 130° C. Butyl has a very low resilience, which makes it ideal for vibration damping and shock absorption applications but offer a moderate resistance to abrasion and compression set. With careful compounding, Butyl compound can be made to acquire really good tensile strength. It is resistant to most inorganic products and highly resistant to mineral acids, alkaline and aqueous acids. We do not recommend its use in application where resistance to oils and Hydrocarbons is required. We can offer halogenated Butyl Rubber Sheets for specified applications.

CR or Chloroprene is a homo-polymer of chloroprene or chloro-butadiene. It has excellent mechanical and good abrasion properties even without reinforcing filters and has a reasonable resilience in grades over 60° shore A. It displays good resistance to heat, ozone and weathering and also gives good adhesion to metal. The recommended operating temperature range is between -40°C to +125°C. It has good resistance to inorganic hydrocarbons. We also offer flame retardant grades. Special sheet is manufactured with 1 ply and 2 ply Nylon Fabric Insertion used as Diaphragms for Oil, LPG and solvent resistant applications. The Diaphragm sheet is manufactured with high quality Nitrile Rubber Compound designed for long service. This rubber sheet is reinforced with 1 ply or 2ply Nylon fabric to provide strength. Recommended for use in control valves, regulators, pumps etc for creating differential pressures.

EPDM or Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer has an excellent operating temperature range of -45°C to + 120°C.It is highly recommended for out-door uses as it extremely resistant to oxidation, U.V. Rays and Ozone. However, EPDM does not have good oil resistance or adhesion properties. It is resistant to many chemicals and solvents and shows good resistance to many corrosive chemicals. It is also used for roofing sheets and weather strips. We provide the same with a wide range as well as at an affordable price in India.

Abra-Prene FR is made from the unique mixture of high grade natural rubber and neoprene rubber making it suitable for applications requiring resistance to atmosphere, temperature and chemical substances supported with good abrasion, wear and tear. Abra-Prene Rubber are specially designed to meet the needs of the oil ad sand industry. Abraprene sheets provides unmatched resistance to oil,chemical,weather and abrasion as compared to other polychloroprene compounds.

Abra-Super OZ rubber is a natural rubber formulated for excellent resistance to abrasion, UV light and ozone attack. Abra-Super premium rubber is known for its properties of resilience, abrasion resistance and high tear. Abra-Super OZ rubber offers excellent resistance to sliding or slurry abrasion in combination with resistance to prolonged exposure to sunlight and high ozone concentrations.

Abra-Super FG rubber is a high quality natural rubber compound manufactured to meet the regulatory requirements for ingredients and migration testing of bot. Abra-Super FG has excellent abrasion resistance and tensile strength. It is designed for applications requiring safe long term food contact and wear resistance. Abra-Super FG rubber is only suitable for handling of aqueous and dry foods products. It is not recommendable for use with food oils, fatty foods or foods with free oil on their surface.

Abra-Trile is nitrile based rubber formulated specifically for good abrasion resistance in the presence of oils and chemicals. Abratile has excellent resistant to high temperature working temperature, thermal ageing and fatigue. Only nitrile rubber has excellent oil resistance but has poor performance when used in high abrasion resistant application. Abratile is not suitable in oil immersion uses or application.
