The MIZ-85iD leverages the architecture of our industry-leading MIZ-80iD eddy current instrument into a modular, instrument-only system. It’s a small, rugged and lightweight unit that can be utilized in a variety of inspection environments. All configurations of the MIZ-85iD are completely sealed to provide protection from environmental and radiological contamination. This protection ensures the unit’s integrity in electronic performance and allows the unit to be serviced throughout the life of the product.

MIZ-28 delivers more technology and exceptional performance for high-speed and high-efficiency inspection of heat exchanger tubing. It comes equipped with industry leading data management features with more on-board data storage and easy file transfer. It also features two injection technologies in one box. Multiplexed and simultaneous injections are combined into one box that can test most tube materials, including magnetic alloys like carbon steel.

The Zetec InSite HT and InSite CT are multi-channel, multi-frequency eddy current testing instruments. They are both designed to operate at full production line speeds in tough manufacturing environments. Both the InSite HT and InSite CT are available in 2, 4, and 8 channel versions.

Zetec`s combination array and bobbin probes help save time and money. Replacing bobbin and special interest testing with a combination array probe can save $100,000s per inspection.  The time saved as well as dose and radiation waste reductions quickly add up.

Zetec’s SM-23G remote fixture mechanically positions inspection probes or custom tooling at a steam generator’s tubesheet. The SM-23G incorporates a motorized manway for fast, accurate fixture installations. Zetec fixtures can inspect 100% of the tubesheet without exclusion/no test zones or manually moving the fixture. Additionally, the SM-23G incorporates the auto-latching tool changer into the tool head.
