Spring apply hydraulic release multiple disc brakes, closed output motor brakes, posi-torque winch brakes, pressure override brakes, and wheel mount brakes. Brakes are available in a variety of SAE mounting configurations.

691 Brake Lock Sytems automates hydraulic braking pressure in the service brakes to supplement the vehicle`s mechanical parking brake and provide extra holding in heavy-duty and high-frequency applications. The 691 Brake Lock significantly enhances vehicle holding capability while not interfering with normal service brake function. The ZF 691 Brake Lock can be interlocked with other vehicle components/systems such as a power takeoff control, bus door or wheelchair lift to insure the brakes are locked whenever those components/systems are being utilized.

Cable locks are functionally the same as lever locks and twist locks except they are cable operated for remote mounting when space under the dash is limited. All cable locks include a low-pressure warning switch.

ZF manufactures hydraulic brake actuators for direct installation on CNH off-highway, heavy-duty drive axles. CNH drive axles contain internal brakes that are operated by means of integral mechanical pull-rods. The ZF Hydraulic Brake Actuators install directly onto the pull-rods to provide hydraulic control to apply and release the axle brakes.

These slave cylinders are available in a variety of special strokes, mountings, and capacities used for remote clutch and throttle actuation.

ZF Straight Bore Master Cylinders are single piston, stright-bore type with a return spring, and are available with or without an integral reservoir. Most cylinders are available as brake fluid or mineral base hydraulic oil models in a variety of mounting styles.

ZF Two-Stage Master Cylinders are integrally designed to incorporate the advantage of a large piston for fluid volume and a small piston for high pressure. These master cylinders are commonly used on equipment that require larger volumes than provided by conventional master cylinders.

ZF Boosted Master Cylinders are used on machinery that require higher pressure than typically provided by master cylinders or two-stage master cylinders. The same dependability and performance that goes into every MICO braking system product also goes into our versatile, high-performance off-highway boosted master cylinders. The single piston straight bore type master cylinder has been proving its usefulness since the early 1930`s and is still in extensive use.

Designed for installation in open center hydraulic systems, these valves use an internal spool valve to control hydraulic system flow to pressurize an accumulator.
