This recycling line is composed of label separator, crusher, cold & hot washing system, dewatering, drying, packing system, etc. This PET bottle flakes crushing washing recycling production line can easily wash and recycle waste PET bottle flakes from 300-2000kg/h. Waste and dirty PET bottle flakes can be processed step by step by this recycling machine. It is special for washing PET bottles flakes. PP PE plastic pelletizing production line is used to make pellets from waste plastics, like PP, PE films, or HDPE, PP flakes or PET flakes. For plastic PP, PE films, we developed a compact pelletizing line for them. Due to the films are very soft and foamed, it`s difficult to be filled into extruder directly, even by force feeder screw, the efficiency is not good, and can be blocked. So, we integrated the most advanced technologies and cost-effective concepts for this kind of machine, we developed the PP, PE film granulating machine.

This SJ series Plastic recycling granulator with two-stages is mainly applied to pelletize Crushed (rigid) materials, like PP battery cases, bottle flakes & agglomerated films, etc. This type pelletizing line has special screw design, effective degassing and filter (Hydraulic screen changer) system, with stable output and long service life. Machines are highly-automatic, only need 2 workers for operating the whole pelletizing production line. One worker for controlling the Electric control panel, one for feeding materials and changing Hydraulic Screen Changer.

Upon clients` request, we can equip punching, printing, coding or other additional equipment for the PVC profile extrusion line.
