Weida - Model PJ - Slab Cutter

The power is transmitted to the movable blades on the main shaft through the reducer with torque increased. The movable blades and the fixed blades break up the nature rubber, synthetic rubber and other rubber block into smaller pieces as it required for the preparation of the next process. A spray system is available in this machine. It breaks the rubber blocks and cleans the it at the same time.

Weida - Model PS - Belt Conveyor

The drive pulleys of the conveyor moves the belt forward with endless loop by motor drive through the Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT). It can be used as movable belt conveyor by installing truckles.

The axial fans installed on the top of the machine force cool air into the sealed tunnel, while the centrifugal fan by the side of the machine drafts the hot air out. The strong air flow generated inside cools the rubber material which is sent into the sealed tunnel by conveyor system.

This machine breaks the rubber material by the relative movement of the movable blades on the main shaft and fixed blades in the main body. The heat generated in cutting, friction and press during operation reduces the moisture content and white spot in the rubber material, and increase its consistency.

The size of the outlet is adjustable to feed different requirements of product size.

This machine consists of the movable blades on the main shaft and the fixed blades in the main body. The movable blades are in helix shape and with slope on the edge. With the movement of the driving shaft, the rubber material is crushed and cut continuously in the machine by blades. Material is forced to the outlet by the driving shaft, after that the scrapers on the outlet cuts the rubber for the last time in order to process different sizes.

Weida - Model GZL - Granulating Machine

This machine consists of rotor, feeding rollers, rack, discharge screen and power system.  By the driving of the main motor through the belts, the hammers whirl at a high speed, hammering and cutting the rubber sheet which is sent in between the hammers and feeding rollers. The rubber sheet turns into rubber granule and falls through a screen from the bottom of the machine.
