BoReTech develops two types (Horizontal & Vertical De-baler )of bale breakers on the basis of PET bottle balers dimension and materials conditions which capacity reachs up to 10000 kg/h. Bale breaker shaft adopts carbon steel and paddles adopts alloy steel which is dismountable. BoReTech Bale Breaker has two designs, one has two shafts, the other one has four shafts. Moving speed of belt conveyor and chain conveyor is adjustable, which can avoid clogging. Bale breaker  has the features of simple operation process,low power consumption and less manpower.

BoReTech supplys two types of sieving machines, dry trommel and disk screener. Disk screener is more compact than the dry trommel, it can be placed after de-baling and pre-washing then remove sand, labels and so on. It can evenly disperse the bottles onto the next process and remove remained water. Dry trommel can remove caps and sands separately by multiple mesh sizes.

In Asia, most of labels made from PVC heat-shrinkage film cannot be removed through bottle pre-washing; this is another major problem in PET recycling industry. Patented high efficiency label separation machine completely solved this problem. Firstly, label scrapper will tear the labels, so that the labels no longer attached to bottles, and then, label blower will completely separate the labels by adjustable wind-force and gravity difference.

PURIFINES is aimed at increasing rPET recycling recovery ratio and enhances added value for PET bottle recycling plant with large capacity and fines washing plant. PURIFINES is special for separating the small labels, mud, and sands from the rPET fines without any additive solvent such as concentrated brine, and then collect the pure rPET fines.
