Ceramic Fiber Bulk with typical classification temperature 1260? and 1420? is made from high quality raw materials, which are electro-melted, fiberized by spun or blown process.

Ceramic Fiber Blanket is produced through a spinning process, spun fibers have longer fiber lengths with tightly controlled diameters and low sediments that lead to higher tensile strength properties. It’s well distributed interwoven construction offers superior erosion resistance and pliability.  The Blankets are available in a wide variety of roll thicknesses, widths, lengths and densities. They are easily die-cut to different shapes for your application.

These Alumina Silicate vacuum formed ceramic fiber boards are manufactured from slurry containing the desired grade of ceramic bulk fiber and organic binders. They are rigid self supporting boards with a hard surface and can be machined with holes, slots and to various shapes. Close thickness tolerances are achievable. Board is made of bulk fiber adding organic and inorganic binder and using wet vacuum suction filter into shape. The product has firm texture and excellent strength, anti-erosion and easy cutting to process. The chemical property of refractory materials stability, so it is light and is a good heat insulation. It is a multi-purpose product that can be used in flame resistant of lining hot surface and direct impact of high-temperature airflow.

The fiber insulated heater is a heating unit with heating elements and ceramic fiber refractory shapes combined into one package. Ceramic fiber refractory shapes are made from alumina-silica fiber with/or alumina fiber, characterized by light weight, super thermal shock resistance, low thermal conductivity, and low heat storage, ideal for most heating applications.
