JYPW series hydraulic metering pump are excellent and reliable chemical feeding dosing pumps with rugged construction design. The gear chamber is separated from the hydraulic chamber. The three automatic valves (internal relief valve, oil make-up valve, position limit valve) grantee the pump work safely even under the maximum pressure. Double PTFE diaphragm with integrated diaphragm rupture leakage detection system is available to ensure precise dosing for corrosive, vapor, flammable, explosive or toxic solutions.

2TJYPZ series hydraulic diaphragm pumps are an integrated pump that can offer precise dosing performance minimal maintenance with duplex heads. It is integrated safety valve against overload pressure. The PTFE diaphragm is durable and provides consistently accurate metering.

Rotary Lobe Pump is a positive displacement pump, which has two rotors in the pump head. The two rotors fixed on two shafts and rotate syn-chronically in counter direction. The rotation creates vacuum volume on the inlet side. The liquid is sucked into the pump head and travels around in the chamber between the rotor and the pump head casing, and is forced out on the outlet side.

Filling Rotary Lobe Pump is usually with 4-lobe, 6-lobe, or even 12-lobe, according to the application accuracy requirements. It is ideal pump for filling machines with low maintenance cost.

Ligao Dosing System is customized system that is ready mounted and ready for use. The standard system is with dosing pumps, piping,storage tank, and other instruments required. The system is usually supplied with a platform skid , somtimes with a ladder. All these dosing skids are designed responding to individual needs and configured in-house. We have gained a lot of experience on packaged dosing system design and manufacturering.

LIGAO Packaged Polymer Dosing Systems is Integrated skid for PAM, PAC and other powder. The dry polymer material is added through the stainless hopper feeder. The preparation of polymer solution is completed progressively in individual chemical tank. The tanks are separated in order to obtain the best reaction time and constant concentration. The device is automatically controlled by control system. When the level meter detects the liquid reaching the low level, the flow meter will automatically open. The flow meter contact the start of the powder feeder.The amount of powder depends on the amount of water supply, in order to obtain accurate concentration. When the liquid reaches high level, the circulation stops, while the 2 (or 3) stirrers are still working.

The equipment consists of four systems: magazine filtration, air flotation device, ozone device, and oil-water separation. Impurity filtration system: It can be filtered through 75-150 micron wire mesh filter. It can be installed with 5 micron filter according to customer's requirements.
