Our core product is a multi-technology machine that includes a patented Assisted Ramming (ADB) technology to install and replace subway pipelines without the need to break the surface. In addition, our machine is highly modular, allowing for easy switching between technologies, replacing only a few parts and heads to accommodate almost any change required by the project. All at no additional cost. This methodology installs an open-ended metal liner that allows the soil to freely enter the liner without the need for a specialized rotating cutterhead. The latter coupled with the ability to contain all or part of the soil within the liner minimises the risk of scour and surface settlement also allows the liner to be installed at relatively shallow depths and in difficult soil conditions.

Pipe Ramming is a widely used trenchless methodology for the installation of carbon steel pipe or sacrificial casing. This methodology can also be used to assist the Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) technique. Model HP55R - Pneumatic Piercing Tool (With Reversible Mode)
The device can be used for the installation of small diameter pipes (between 25-32 mm) including electrical and telecommunication networks. The HP70R is a device characterized by its increased precisión in jacking operations, thanks to the use of a movable head. Reverse gear is achieved by pulling the air supply hose and does not require twisting the cable due to the difficulty of the operation and posible lack of stiffnes from the hose. Thanks to the easy and reliable switching between operation modes, it enables to perform a more efficient drilling.
Model HP70R - Pneumatic Piercing Tool (With Reversible Mode)
The device can be used for the manual installation of small diameter pipes (between 25-50 mm). The reverse gear can be activated by pulling the air supply hose. Efficient drilling is achieved because of the reliable and easy switching between operating modes. Switching to reverse mode doesnt require twisting the cable as it may not be stiff enough and the operation may be imposible to acomplish.
Model HP95R - Pneumatic Piercing Tool (With Reversible Mode)
Can be used in the installation of electrical and telecomunications networks or manual installation of plastic pipes in the range of Ø25 – 75 mm. It is recommended to use HP95R mole in hard soils such as dry clay, shales because the energy of the piston is transferred directly onto the head which works more efficiently. It’s also recommended for the approximate range of works: 80% of plastic pipes installation up to Ø75mm, 20% of plastic pipes installation with smaller diameter. HP95R is designed for piercing and trenchless installation of PE & PCV pipes up to 75mm diameter. The installation method involves direct pulling of the pipe behind the mole with the use of steel rope and tension plate. HP95R mole is equipped with an active head which improves accuracy. Active head works in 2+1 system which means that energy that comes from the first two impacts is used for breaking and pushing the soil away from the mole.
