ZIMMERMANN supplies complete Reverse osmosis plants for cost-effective formation of DM water. The plants have following advantages: Compact dimensions. Full-automatic operation via micro-PLC. High output of DM water up to 75%. Usage of low energie RO-modules. Conductance control in the permeat piping.The installation can be completed with pump units, buffer tanks and water softener devices.
Range of flow rates: 50 l/h - 15,000 l/h.

The economical UV dipping units are inserted for the sterilization of clear water e.g. in buffer tanks, where because of longer service lives and/or warmth or sun exposure germinating are possible. The units consist of: Dipping lamp, mounting plate, cable connection, switchbox inclusive electrical fluorescent lamp ballast, hour meter and switch. They are supplied ready to be installed.

The MICRO is the recent development in membrane technology. It is conceived for the care of smallest washing or degreasing bathes and/or for the treatment of compressed air condensates or color waste water. It works with few handles already semiautomatically. Optionally the MICRO is available mobile. Special advantages: Compact dimensions. Automatic filling possible. Membrane cleaning (optional). Text display. High-quality PP pipework system. Capacity range: 5 - 50 l/h.

ZIMMERMANN compact membrane filtration plants for the processing of various industrial fluids are built as (small) series. The installations have following characteristics: Compact dimensions. Full automatic operating. Remote control systems. Cost-effectiv unit construction. Polypropylene or stainless steel piping. Robust and longlasting ceramic membranes. Range of flow rate: 20 l/h - 400 l/h. New compact plants can be tested for 4 weeks.

For larger flow rates or special requirements the use of the series MF(FB) is recommended. These plants are coordinated particularly with the application and with the local conditions. For this purpose the necessary laboratory equipment and pilot plants are available. If there is no operational experience in the special application, locally a pilot run of several weeks is accomplished.
