MagPurix - Unique Polygon Reaction Chamber
Polygon Reaction Chamber® is one of the key consumables that Zinexts Life Science designed for the MagPurix® full automation solution. The unique double bevelling design allows the heating and magnetic separation being processed in only one reaction chamber. In addition, it creates a better disturbance of liquids while mixing, for a higher efficiency of magnetic bead separation and washing steps. Working within the circulating MagPurix® pipetting procedures, this component generates strong turbulences, that deliver a better and higher efficient purification performance rather than normal reaction chambers. Zinexts - PCR Kits
While PCR (polymerase chain reaction) has long been the major method of molecular diagnostics/testing, isothermal amplification is a new star coming up. Without the need for thermocycler equipment, isothermal amplification methods such as LAMP (Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification) can amplify nucleic acids exponentially at constant temperature. Based on the principle, Zinexts Life Science develops ZiAMP rLAMP and rRT-LAMP kits which is the optimized version of LAMP techonogy and it allows a rapid isothermal amplification, as well as a rapid reverse-transcription isothermal amplification of RNA samples.
