Viscous Liquids

Viscous liquids are difficult to handle with standard liquid handling tips. For this kind of substances Zinsser Analytic developed and registered the Visc-Tool. It is an automated and safe for distributing highly viscous liquids precisely. Specially designed pumps, liquid delivery tools and powerful software allow high throughput blending without compromise in precision or accuracy. Additional modules for e.g. powder handling, liquid handling, pH-measurement, etc. can be integrated. The Visc-Tool comes with enhanced precision and safety features. The Visc-Tool has different pipetting properties, depending upon the temperature under which viscous liquids should be processed. It can be operated with heated tips and is enabled with cleaning sequences.

Serum Vials

Wheaton glass serum vials and caps are produced under strict quality guidelines and with experience since 1888. Vials combine various advantages for recovery of reagents: Serum vials have a reflow feature in the neck. Special designed bottom radius for added strength. Highly recommended for Lyophilisation applications. The vials are provided in shrink-wrapped modules which greatly reduces particle contamination. Various Clear and brown glass vials are available in different sizes with USP Type I conformity.

CLS Vials

Especially designed for compound libraries. Bottles: Made of borosilicate glass. Available in clear and brown glass for light-sensitive substances. High stability and wide opening, ideal access for pipettes and for weighing. Less dead volume. Caps: Screw caps made of solid material and chemically resistant sealing material. Screw caps and septa sold separately and packed dust-free. Color variations of caps facilitate identification.
