ZirChrom Separations Inc products

The ZirChrom guard column system is comprised of one guard column insert and one guard column holder. Guard column inserts are available using all ZirChrom packing materials. They are disposable and sold in packs of 3.  Guard column holders are reusable and universal to all ZirChrom packings.

Sachtleben Chemie GmbH (Duisburg, Germany) and ZirChrom Separations introduce two new titania-based stationary phases for HPLC: Sachtopore-RP - a polymer-coated reversed-phase titania. Sachtopore-NP - a titania-based normal phase1.

ZirChrom plans a full line of sub-2μm products, the first of which was introduced at the PITTCON 2009 conference and exhibition in Chicago.

ZirChrom introduces a biocompatible stationary phase (Rhinophase^®-AB) useful for small and large-scale purification of bio-molecules. Rhinophase^®-AB may be packed into columns or SPE tubes and run at very high mobile phase linear velocities compared to the mechanically soft affinity gels such as Protein A and Protein G, which results in a dramatic increase in purification throughput. Furthermore, Rhinophase^®-AB can effectively purify a wide range of Mab subclasses, as well as polyclonal hIgG, IgA and IgM, providing an almost universal antibody purification media. Rhinophase^®-AB is available in 3, 5, 10 and 25 micron particle sizes.
