The mixers are designed for mixing dry bulk materials. The basis is a horizontal mixing drum, in which the mixing device rotates - plow blades connected via mixing arms with a mixing shaft mounted on both sides. Perfect mixing of loose materials is achieved by 3-dimensional mixing of the material particles. In order to mix more complicated ingredients to form local clumps while mixing, the mixer can be equipped with side vortexers to ensure perfect mixing of very sticky ingredients. The mixer is filled by specially welded inlets at the top of the mixing drum. Emptying is carried out at the bottom of the mixing drum by discharging nozzles or by a dimensional flap over the entire length of the drum. The drives and thus the speed of the agitator can be controlled by a frequency converter.

Screw conveyors are used for transporting and dosing dry bulk materials. The basis is a pipe or trough, inside which a conveyor spiral rotates on a shaft. They are designed with regard to model standards based on the specific performance and length requirements of the client. The material design depends on the type of transported material and its properties. In the case of longer lengths and the transport of non-abrasive material, the screw shafts are supported in the middle area by an intermediate bearing. The conveyor drive consists of a three-phase asynchronous motor with a gearbox. The conveying performance can be regulated by changing the motor speed via a frequency converter. To control the operation and speed, the conveyors can be equipped with a rotary motion sensor. To close the conveyor, a closing device can be installed at the inlet and outlet of the conveyor.

Filtration devices are designed for filtration of dust solid particles during transport and processing of dry bulk materials. The filters are equipped with an automatic filter cleaning system with full filter operation with the possibility of automatic cleaning after the filtration is finished.Depending on the type of filtered particles, the volume of filtered air and the purpose of use, they are supplied with folded cartridge or vacuum filter cartridges. The filters are available in a variety of material and cover materials depending on the type of fabric to be filtered and the purpose of use.Depending on the location of the filter, the filters can be placed directly on the lids of the containers with the filtered substance, event. independently of the special hoppers.

Shut-off dampers serve to close the flow of bulk materials, liquids or gases in pipes. They are designed as butterfly, with a disc rotating around a central axis. The material as well as the type of seal correspond to the purpose of use and the type of flowing material. Thanks to the double-flange design, the inlet and outlet parts can be connected independently to the flaps.In the case of pneumatic and electromotive actuators, the dampers are equipped with mechanical or inductive end position sensors. In the case of manual operation, the lever is equipped with a locking option.

Gate valves are used to close the flow of bulk materials under silos, tanks, hoppers, or in pipes. They are designed as square in a double-flange design, the gate is a steel plate, which, when opened, slides out through a sealed slot outside the flow space of the valve. The material design corresponds to the purpose of use and the type of flowing substance. In the case of pneumatic and electromotive drives, the valves are equipped with magnetic or inductive end position sensors.

Silo clarification with compressed air is one of the most reliable systems facilitating the emptying of stored material from the silo. It is placed on the discharge cone near the discharge opening and its total scope is determined by the number of clarifying cushions, nozzles or plates arranged in a specified number of independent circuits. Each of these circuits is controlled by a separate solenoid valve. These valves are controlled via a central control system or a separate clarification control unit. The number of clarifying elements and circuits depends on the angle of the silo discharge cone and the type of stored material.

Level probes are used to indicate the filling state of the silo or the hopper with bulk material. Depending on the probe type, it is possible to monitor the bulk material level either by limit (eg min., Max.)
