Zurich Instruments - 500 kHz / 5 MHz Impedance Analyzer

The Zurich Instruments MFIA is a digital impedance analyzer and precision LCR meter that sets the new standard for impedance measurements in the frequency range from 1 mHz to 500 kHz (extended to 5 MHz when upgraded). The MFIA has a basic accuracy of 0.05% and operates over a measurement range spanning from 1 mΩ to 1 TΩ. It is also characterized by a high measurement repeatability and small temperature drift. Every MFIA comes with the LabOne user interface and with the MFITF Impedance Test Fixture.

Zurich Instruments - 500 kHz / 5 MHz Lock-in Amplifier

The Zurich Instruments MFLI is a digital lock-in amplifier that covers the frequency range from DC to 500 kHz (and up to 5 MHz when upgraded). Thanks to its embedded data and web servers, the MFLI can be used directly with any device running a web browser without further software installations. With its carefully developed analog and digital front ends and the fast digital processing afforded by the on-board FPGA, the MFLI combines its excellent performance with the LabOne user interface.

Zurich Instruments - 50 MHz Lock-in Amplifier

The Zurich Instruments HF2LI is a digital lock-in amplifier covering the frequency range between DC and 50 MHz. It is the instrument of choice for the characterization of MEMS devices such as gyroscopes and for measurements in the area of microfluidics. The HF2LI is equipped with the Zurich Instruments control software LabOne, which provides a web-based user interface featuring a spectrum analyzer, a sweeper and a basic oscilloscope, among others. A number of upgrade options can extend the functionality of the HF2LI to adapt to different applications. Furthermore, combining the HF2LI with the HF2TA Current Amplifier enables direct current readout.

The Zurich Instruments UHFLI is a digital lock-in amplifier that covers the frequency range from DC to 600 MHz. In addition to providing the highest operation frequency among all commercial lock-in amplifiers, the UHFLI offers the lowest time constant of 30 ns for demodulation – resulting in a demodulation bandwidth that exceeds 5 MHz. In combination with the widest choice of available options and the instrument control software LabOne, the UHFLI is the flagship of all Zurich Instruments products and represents the state of the art of today`s scientific instrumentation.

Zurich Instruments - 8.5 GHz Signal Generator

The Zurich Instruments SHFSG Signal Generator produces qubit control signals in the frequency range from DC to 8.5 GHz with a spurious-free modulation bandwidth of 1 GHz. The SHFSG uses a double superheterodyne technique for frequency up-conversion, which eliminates the need for mixer calibration and saves time on system tune-up. Each SHFSG comes with 4 or 8 analog output channels with 14-bit vertical resolution. Controlled by LabOne, its APIs or the LabOne QCCS Software, the SHFSG supports quantum computing projects with sizes ranging from a few to several hundred qubits.
