Zyagen offers high quality pure intact total RNA of many brain regions/areas of CD1 mouse strain that might be difficult to obtain because of size or anatomical complexity.

Alpaca control genomic DNA is a highly pure intact high molecular size DNA. It is extracted from single tissue of single donor and treated with DNase-free RNase to remove contaminant RNA. Genomic DNA is precisely measured by Nanodrop (a spectrophotometer technology) and stored at -80oC

Mouse Adipose total protein (protein lysate) is isolated from freshly harvested tissues of single healthy normal donor. Tissues are homogenized in protein lysis buffer supplemented with a cocktail of 6 mammalian protease inhibitors to minimize proteolysis, precisely quantified, and stored at -80^oC.

Mouse CD1 Adipose full length tissue cDNA is made of RNA extracted from freshly harvested tissues of single healthy normal donor using classical guanidine isothiocyanate phenol: chloroform extraction method. RNA is treated with RNase-free DNase-1 to remove residual DNA. The cDNA is primed with oligo dT primer.
