Solutions for the Prefab Concrete Industry VD WEERT Concrete Machines Semi-automatic pile-mould cleaning machine The mould cleaning machine is used in the pre-stressed concrete foundation pile industry. After the ready piles are removed from the moulds, the machine will clean out the moulds by the use of a powerful vacuum system. In the forward run the machine will clean the top and inside of the moulds and on the way back it will automatically oil the moulds. The dust and concrete waste pieces will be separately in two different containers on the machine, the containers can be easily removed from the machine with the use of a forklift or gantry crane. The machine is operated by pushbuttons, a wired mobile control panel and a remote control. It is also possible to provide the machine with a fully graphic touch screen. The machine is adjustable to different sizes of moulds and has the availability to clean multiple moulds at the same time . An extra manually operated suction tube for extra cleaning is provided on the machine. The machine movements are hydraulically driven. For safety the machine is provided with ultrasonic sensors on front and back, this for detection of objects. The mould cleaning machine will be built at customer specifics.
