Tank Construction:2000 Stainless Steel PRT vacuum tank. Tank capacity 2000 gallons #4 finishTank to be constructed with two compartments: Waste compartment andwater compartment. Waste compartment 1700 Gallons, Water compartment300 Gallons. Water tank has 4” opening for fill on top of tank and a 2” port fora vent. Tank constructed 304 ll Stainless Steel, The shell of the tank is to beconstructed of 1/4” material. The bulkheads of the tank will be 1/4”.Heads are dished and flanged. Head size to be determined. ¼” anti-surgebaffles will be installed in the tank.Manway / Shutoff:One 20” manway to be installed on top of the tank with integral primarymoisture trap. The shutoff provides initial vacuum pump protection againstcontamination and damage from material carryover. Shutoff contains cageassembly with stainless steel float ball and rubber seat.Hose Tray: One set of full length aluminum hose trays to be installed on tankInlets: One 3” load line installed driver side of tank for suction.Outlets: One 4” rear discharge, left sideSight Eyes: Two 5” glass bowl sight eyes installed on rear head of tank.Cabinet: Two single door aluminum toolboxes installed. One on each side abovethe skirting.Bucket Holder: One 5 gallon bucket holder installed on drivers sideToilet Carrier:Aluminum fold-up toilet carrier capable of handling two units. Carrier is equippedwith toilet foot catch and two areas to strap toilets. Rubber bumper installed onrear of hose tray. Carrier equipped with rear light assemblies.Lighting: Two rear work lights installed on upper rear headMounting:Tank to conform to DOT mounting procedures. Composite material mountboards installed between chassis frame and tank sill. Front of tank is springloaded to allow for flex of the frame behind the cab.PUMPING SYSTEM:Vacuum Pump:Masport HXL 75 vacuum pump (250 CFM). Vacuum pump comes completewith mechanical oil pump, one gallon external oil reservoir and an integral 4 wayvalve allowing the pump to operate in vacuum and pressure mode. Vacuumpump is mounted on a heavy duty steel pump mount attached to the driver'sside frame behind the cab.Drive System:Hot shift PTO installed on truck chassis with control installed off of front ofcabinet on driver’s side in weather proof control box. A tubular type PTO shaft isinstalled from the PTO to a right angle gearbox. The gearbox featuresbi-rotational angle drive, heavy duty gears and a 1” output. A pump coupling isinstalled between the vacuum pump and the gearbox. The coupling is designedas a safety measure in that it will shear in the event of a pump seizure.Secondary Shutoff:One secondary shutoff will be installed off of the vacuum pump on the driver’sside. Liquid material that gets past the primary shutoff is collected in thesecondary shutoff. It also contains a positive shutoff float ball system. Shutoffcontains a quick clamp lid for ease of cleaning. A drain valve is installed on thebottom of canister.Oil Separator:One oil separator install on the outlet side of the vacuum pump. The oilseparator is designed to capture exhaust oil. A drain valve is installed on thebottom of the canister.Relief Valves:One pressure and one vacuum relief valve installed on the system. Both valvesare adjusted to preset levels to assure efficient system operation.Gauge: One 2-1/2” liquid filled vacuum/pressure gauge installed in system toprovide accurate measurements that allow system monitoring.Inlet Valve / Hose:One 2” Banjo wand assembly installed on suction side. 30’ of 2” tiger tail hosesupplied with 2” ball valve installed before inlet of tank with quick coupling.Outlet Valve:One 4” quick lever action valve installed on rear discharge complete with malecam-lock adapter and dust cap.Water System:One 12 volt Burks Wash down pump. Water system is equipped with a springrewind hose reel with 50’ of hose with adjustable nozzle. Reel is installed hosetray on driver’s side.Bucket Fill:2” bucket line with 2” Banjo valve installed on drivers side frontDual Service:Dual service to include right side 3’ Suction line, hose hooks, work light, bucketholder and additional bucket fill.
