It is a worldwide strategy for expanding interdisciplinary collaborations and communications in all aspects of healthcare for humans, animals and the environment. The synergy achieved will advance health care for the 21st century and beyond by accelerating biomedical research discoveries, enhancing public health efficacy, improving medical education and clinical care, and ensuring water and food safety and security with innovative and sustainable agriculture. Focussing on research, education, training and implementation, the conference will identify ways to achieve added value by multi discipline, multi-sectoral and multi-stakeholder cooperation and promote enhanced public-private partnership models. The findings of the conference will be used for advocacy, recommendations on organisational changes and stimulate a more efficient collaboration between stakeholders.Who should attend?Scientists from different disciplines, health professional experts and practitioners, policy and decision makers, representatives from IGOs, NGOs and the private sector are encouraged to contribute and participate in the conference.Venue The 3rd GRF One Health Summit 2014 will be held in the Davos Congress Centre in Davos, Switzerland located in the beautiful Swiss Alps.Call for AbstractsThe short abstracts, comprising a maximum of 300 words, should include the goals, the methods and the findings of the paper to be presented or the session you want to organise.
