If your company takes the entire amount you will be listed as the sole Sponsor of this item. But there is also the possibility to sponsor only a part of the whole amount. In that case there might be other companies sponsoring the same item and sharing the advertising space with your company. The company that sponsors the major amount for an item will of course be listed as a main sponsor for this item.All sponsors will be included in the List of Sponsors in the conference programme book. If your contri-bution exceeds 5’000 CHF, GRF Davos will post a link from the IDRC Website to your company’s homepage. In advance to the conference and during the confer-ence we get millions of clicks on our website.PaymentConditions of payment mentioned on the invoice are valid. All charges occurred by bank transfer are at the expense of the sponsor.Production costsIf favoured, GRF Davos will organise the production of promotional items for the sponsor. The sponsors are, however, expected to account for the production costs.ShippingThe sponsor is expected to pay for all shipping and customs costs for congress related sending. This also includes congress related returns to sponsor after the conference. The sponsor is responsible for punc-tual delivery as per deadline fixed by the conference organisation.VATAll prices are indicated in CHF and exclude 7.6% VAT, unless otherwise specified. All Swiss companies are obliged to pay VAT. The obligation to pay VAT fro sponsors from other countries depends on the spon-sor item. Exhibitors are obliged to pay VAT independ-ent from their countryExhibitingExhibiting space is charged at square rate as indicat-ed. The exhibitor is responsible for the design, setup and security of their booth. Rules concerning instal-lation and deconstruction listed in a leaflet have to be considered. The leaflet will be sent together with the invoice and an order form for rental articles.
