Our HPLC column production staffs have been involved with the column production and chemical separations business for over 20 years. By focusing their expertise exclusively on column production and critical testing of every column, high quality column products are assured. All of our column conditioning and testing stations are controlled by computer. All column packing process, conditioning, testing, reporting follow strict Standard Operation Procedure(SOP) developed for each individual packing material.

After each HPLC column had meet the pressure drop requirement then the column is chemically tested by a computerized performance test program to meet our high performance standard The test data show the column performance based on a highly accurate statistical moments determination. The final test report including the serial number, the part number, and column performance data is enclosed in your column package. All column test reports are stored in our computer server for future use.

AcuTech Scientific’s commitment to quality manufacturing and comprehensive record keeping allows us to offer replacement. Certificates of Analysis can also be offered when requested by laboratories to comply with their GLP requirements. We offer also assistance to customers during their method development, optimization, validation and NDA filing by providing serial number, manufacturing date, sorbent lot, and performance data for every column they ever purchased.

Warranty Statement for AcuTech Scientific Columns
Columns are warranted under the following terms and conditions. We will re-packed, replaced, or credited the charge only if the column fails to meet our minimum column performance specifications as published. The following conditions applied:

Columns are warranted for 60 days from the date of delivery
Columns are not warranted to a specific application. The warranty applies to the original test chromatogram supplied with the column
Damage to the column voids the warranty: Damage is defined as:

physical damage to the integrity of the column
removal of column end fitting
chemical damage to the column packing material due to the use of strong acid or base

Column plugged up due to introduction of particulates or precipitation of sample Material
