Operational Description: Air samples are auto matic ally drawn or manu ally int roduced throu gh a proprietary sample fi lter/d etector assembly . Th e airborn e metals are then ul trasonically extracted and concentrated into a specially designed aqueous phas e and analyzed voltammetric ally. An integrated airflow meter is used to d etermine air sampl e volu me and combined with th e voltammetric d ata to yield accurate ai rborne lead concentrat ion. Th e instru ment the automatic ally cleans and resets for the nex t sample. Data can b e downlo aded via RS-232C, USB, or wireless data t ransmission protocols defin ed by th e user.
