Ag-Bag Provides Easily Digested Feed & Higher Nutritional Content.The Ag-Bag System - A Solid Foundation...G6060 Rotor DesignThe rotor and tunnel design are the key to a well packed bag. The G6060 6’ line-bored rotor has 48 packing teeth to ensure a tight consistent pack. This leads to faster fermentation for better feed quality.ConveyorThe 30” x 111” single chain and slat conveyor is built to last. CA550 chain and slats carry the valuable product up depositing it safely in the specially designed hopper with a de?ector which ensures the feed is dispersed evenly across the rotor.Interchangeable Tunnel Tops and ExtensionsThe 8’ and/or 9’ tunnel tops eliminates the need for two machines. The options will allow you to bag various commodities with the same machine. For the smoothest bag, ensure the tightest packing in the tunnel using a 24” tunnel extension.Self-Contained Hydraulic SystemAn 8 axial piston pump provides the hydraulics for the G6060. With an output volume of 12.5 GPM you have plenty of hydraulic power. The reservoir holds 10 gallons of oil. The Self-Contained Hydraulic System eliminates the need to use the tractor hydraulics.Drive SystemPower from the tractor is transferred through a heavy duty Power Take Off (PTO). The PTO attaches to a double output gearbox which drives a double 120 chain and sprocket transferring the power to the 6’ rotor.Bag Boom & Cradle DesignThe Bag Boom & Cradle makes installing the Genuine Ag-Bag silage bag quick and easy. The bag boom aids in installing different tunnel tops and/or tunnel extensions. The bag boom can also be used to maneuver the backstop in and out of the transport postition.Cable Drum and BrakeThe cable drums allow you to make a well compacted bag with ease. The single ?xed caliper disc brake on one cable drum is simply controlled by using a hand pump and gauge. Wide Split Conveyor The 30” casso chain and slats deposit commodity into the specially designed hopper with de?ector at two different locations ensuring the feed is dispersed evenly across the 7’ rotor for an even consistent pack.Interchangeable Tunnel Tops and ExtensionsDepending on the feed-out rate you can choose the 9’ and/or 10’ tunnel top, this gives you ?exibility when bagging commodities. The self-contained hydraulic system eliminates the need for the use of tractor hydraulics. New, Heavy Duty Drive SystemPower from the tractor is transferred through a heavy duty Power Take Off (PTO). The PTO attaches to the new heavy duty Comer gearbox which drives a double 120 chain and sprocket transferring the power to the rotor. The new drive design and gearbox has a rated power input of 170hp.Bag-Boom and CradleThe Bag Boom & Cradle makes installing the Genuine Ag-Bag silage bag quick and easy. The bag boom aids in installing different tunnel tops and/or tunnel extensions.
