ALBlend® 184, 184P, 184GAntioxidantsDescription ALBlend 184 antioxidant is a stabilizer blend that aids polymer processing andimproves long-term thermal stability of the resin. ALBlend 184 antioxidant is a blend of ETHANOX® 310 antioxidant (20 percent), a primary phenolic stabilizer, and ETHAPHOS® 368 antioxidant (80 percent), a secondary organophosphite. ALBlend 184 antioxidant helps maintain original resin melt flow, resists color formation, and improves thermal stability of polyolefins and olefin-copolymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene and polybutylene. The product also finds use in engineering plastics, styrenics, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives, and other organic resins.
