RTI’s on-line analysers incorporate sophisticated technology that accurately measures the quality of a bulk material as the product is transported on a conveyor belt. We also measure product conveyed by other means; for example, in a hopper, a screw-feeder, a chute, and in a pipe.

Our signature product, the AllScan® PGNAA Elemental Analyzer, measures the chemical composition of cement, coal, iron ore, and most minerals. MoistScan®, the world’s most popular online microwave moisture analyser, measures the moisture content in a wide range of materials. Our AshScan® coal quality analyser measures total ash content in coal. The GammaScan® also measures total ash content but does not require a nuclear source. RTI’s DD-1000 Digital Density Gauge measures the density of liquids and slurries in a pipe. RTI is the exclusive distributor and service agent in Australia for Process Automation’s range of high-performance Belt Weighers, Tectron’s Tramp Metal Detectors, and the MARS Tramp Metal Removal System. Underpinning the company is our commitment to customer service in the field. We started as a service-based company and on-the-ground customer support firmly remains in our blood. Our technicians are in the field daily installing and commissioning our equipment and undertaking general product support. Our engineers can easily attend to any customer concerns by remotely accessing our equipment to perform routine maintenance and calibration checks, or analyse data as part of our popular Product Support Agreement.

The success of our analyser range we attribute to our real world practical experience in the field and a philosophy of continuous product improvement. It’s the lessons we learn and feedback we receive while working with our customers in the field that drives practical improvements to our products, be it making a mechanical modification to an analyser to make it easier to install, integrating the latest communications, or developing a simplified calibration procedure.
