As normas do presente Regulamento, bem como do Aditamento anexo são aceites pelos Expositores, no acto da sua inscrição, e são aplicáveis às relações estabelecidas entre aqueles (seu pessoal e entidades sub-contratadas) e a AEP – Associação Empresarial de Portugal.2. Este Regulamento e o Aditamento fazem parte integrante do contrato de locação e prestação de serviços entre os Expositores e a AEP – Associação Empresarial de Portugal, designada, no âmbito das fei-ras e congressos, por EXPONOR – Feira Internacional do Porto.3. Os Expositores obrigam-se a cumprir, para além do disposto no pre-sente Regulamento, todas as disposições legais e regulamentares aplicáveis à sua actividade e aos produtos que comercializam.artigo 2º - organização1. A Feira é organizada pela AEP – Associação Empresarial de Portugal, para o efeito denominada EXPONOR – Feira Internacional do Porto, também designada neste Regulamento por Organização.2. Se quaisquer imprevistos ou casos de força maior impedirem a rea-lização da Feira, atrasarem a sua abertura, provocarem alterações no seu horário ou obrigarem a alterações do Aditamento anexo a este Regulamento adiante designado apenas como Aditamento, os Expositores não poderão reclamar qualquer indemnização.3. Em caso de não realização da Feira, os Expositores só terão direito ao reembolso das quantias já pagas, depois de deduzidas as despe-sas efectuadas pela AEP – Associação Empresarial de Portugal.artigo 3º - objectivosO objectivo principal da Feira é a apresentação de produtos e/ou ser-viços que se relacionem com o sector de actividade objecto da Feira em causa.artigo 4º - ÂmbitoO âmbito da Feira será definido no Aditamento.artigo 5º - localA Feira realiza-se nas instalações da EXPONOR - Feira Internacional do Porto, ou noutro local expressamente designado no Aditamento.artigo 6º - duraçãoA Feira terá lugar nos dias e horas indicados no Aditamento, podendo, no entanto, a sua duração ser alterada, conforme a Organização julgar mais conveniente, sem que haja lugar a qualquer tipo de indemnização.artigo 7º - Horários e condições de funcionamento1. Os horários são indicados no Aditamento. 2. Compete à Organização estabelecer os preços das entradas no re-cinto e as regras destinadas a assegurar o bom funcionamento da Feira.3. A Organização tomará as medidas que entender adequadas para a execução das normas estabelecidas, podendo, para o efeito, elaborar os regulamentos complementares que julgar necessários.artigo 8º - Condições de admissão1. Podem ser Expositores as empresas, nacionais ou estrangeiras, bem como os seus agentes ou distribuidores em Portugal, cuja actividade se enquadre no âmbito da Feira definido no Aditamento.2. São ainda admitidas participações colectivas, agrupamentos de Ex-positores com determinadas afinidades, desde que em relação aos produtos apresentados sejam mencionados os nomes dos respec-tivos fabricantes.3. Os Expositores que pretendam indicar firmas por eles representadas para constarem no catálogo, deverão apresentar carta dessas mes-mas firmas a confirmar a representação.4. A Organização, quando julgar conveniente, pode exigir prova docu-mental que confirme qualquer das condições referidas nos números anteriores.5. A aceitação da participação pertence à Organização que poderá re-cusar livremente qualquer inscrição que, de acordo com os seus cri-térios, não se ajuste ao âmbito ou aos objectivos da Feira ou que, por qualquer motivo, possa ser prejudicial ou inconveniente.CapÍtulo iiCondições de partiCipaçÃo e pedido de insCriçÃoartigo 9º - inscrição1. O pedido de inscrição será feito mediante a entrega à Organização dos BOLETINS DE INSCRIÇÃO 1, 2 e 3, devidamente preenchidos e acompanhados da taxa de inscrição, correspondente à primeira prestação da taxa de ocupação estabelecida no Aditamento.2. Os pedidos de inscrição deverão ser efectuados até ao dia marcado no Aditamento, data a partir da qual os interessados poderão vir a deparar com a impossibilidade da sua aceitação.3. A inscrição na Feira pressupõe a aceitação integral das cláusulas do presente Regulamento bem como do Aditamento e não confere ao inscrito a qualidade de expositor. A Organização reserva-se o direito de decisão na atribuição do es-paço e do local solicitados por cada um dos inscritos.4. A Organização informará os inscritos da sua aceitação como Exposi-tores, bem como do espaço que os mesmos irão ocupar e da respec-tiva localização.5. A requisição de espaço e de serviços pelos Expositores, através do preenchimento e entrega dos Boletins respectivos, obriga ao paga-mento integral dos mesmos.6. Quando, nos termos do nº 5 do artigo 8º deste Regulamento, a Orga-nização recusar a inscrição a qualquer interessado, ser-lhe-ão resti-tuídas as prestações da taxa de ocupação recebidas.artigo 10º - taxas de ocupação1. A taxa de ocupação é fixada em função do espaço e do local a ocupar pelo Expositor de acordo com a tabela de preços descrita no Adita-mento a este Regulamento.2. Os associados da Associação Empresarial de Portugal beneficiarão de um desconto de 10% sobre a taxa de ocupação.3. O pagamento da taxa será efectuado em prestações, nos moldes es-tabelecidos no Aditamento.4. As prestações da taxa, uma vez pagas, não serão restituídas mesmo que o inscrito, por razões não imputáveis à Organização, não chegue a ocupar o respectivo stand, com excepção do previsto no artigo seguinte.5. A falta de pagamento de qualquer das prestações da taxa no prazo fixado no Aditamento confere à Organização o direito de excluir o Expositor, sem direito, para este, a qualquer indemnização.regulamento geralde feiras e exposições trade fairs and exHibitions general rules and regulationsCHapter igeneral rules and regulations and exHibition terms and Conditionsarticle 1 - general rules and regulations and Contract 1. The rules in these Regulations, as well as in the Appendix, are accepted by Exhibitors upon registration and are applicable to the relationships established between the Exhibitors (their staff and sub-contracted entities) and the AEP - Portuguese Business Association.2. These Regulations and the Appendix are an integral part of the con-tract for lease and supply of services between the Exhibitors and the AEP - Portuguese Business Association, referred to, in the context of the trade fairs and conferences, as EXPONOR - Porto International Fair.3. The Exhibitors are obliged to fulfill, besides the rules stipulated in this Regulation, all the legal stipulations and regulations suitable to their activity and the products they commercialize.article 2 - organiser 1. The Fair is organised by the AEP - Portuguese Business Association, for the purpose referred to as EXPONOR - Porto International Fair, also referred to in these Regulations as Organisers.2. Exhibitors shall have no right to redress or indemnification of any moneys already paid should the Organisers be forced to cancel the Exhibitions or change the timetable in cases of force majeure or for other reasons beyond their control.3. In the event of an Exhibition not being held, Exhibitors will only be entitled to the reimbursement of any amounts already paid once the expenses of the AEP - Portuguese Business Association, have been deducted.article 3 - objectives The main objectives of the Exhibition shall be the presentation of products or/and services related to the activity of the Exhibition.article 4 - scopeThe scope of the Exhibition shall be defined in the Appendix.article 5 - VenueThe Exhibition shall be held in EXPONOR - Porto International Fair, or in any other venue specially indicated in the Appendix.article 6 - durationThe Exhibition shall be held on the days and at the hours indicated in theAppendix. The duration may be altered as recommended by the Organi-sers who shall not be liable to any type of indemnification for doing so.article 7 - exhibition schedule and conditions 1. The schedule shall be indicated in the Appendix.2. The Organisers shall be responsible for setting the entrance fee and for establishing the Rules and Regulations necessary to the success of the Exhibition.3. The Organisers shall take the responsibility for ensuring compliance with the aforementioned Rules and Regulations and may, for this pur-pose, define complementary regulations as required.article 8 - admission conditions 1. All Portuguese and foreign companies or their agents or distributors in Portugal, whose activities fall within the scope of the Exhibition may participate.2. Group participation is also admitted - groups of Exhibitors with some affinities - as long as the names of the manufacturers of the products exhibited are mentioned.3. Exhibitors who wish to publish the names of the firms they are representing in the Official Catalogue should present a letter from these confirming their right of representation.4. The Organisers may, when necessary, require documents which confirm any of the items mentioned above.5. The Organisers may freely reject any application should they feel that the application in question is neither within the scope of the Exhibition nor the objectives of the same, or should they believe that, for any reason, it may be detrimental or inconvenient to the Exhibition.CHapter iiexHibition terms and Conditions and appliCation reQuestarticle 9 - application 1. In order to make the application request, one should return the com-pleted APPLICATION FORMS 1, 2 and 3, together with the application fee, which shall correspond to the first installment of the rate esta-blished in the Appendix.2. Application must be received by the date set in the Appendix otherwise those who are interested in participating may have their requests de-nied.3. The Exhibition’s application supposes the full acceptance of the clauses of the present Regulations as well as the Appendix, however it does not grant the enrolling party the status of Exhibitor. The Organisers are entitled to decide on the allocation of the space and location required by each enrolling party.4. The Organisers shall inform the Applicants of the acceptance of their application and of the space and location they have been attributed.5. The request for space and services through the filling out and delivery of the respective application forms forces the Exhibitors to the full payment of the request.6. The instalment of the location fee sent in with the application shall be refunded should the Organisers, in accordance with the terms of item 5 of article 8, refuse an application.article 10 - Cost of exhibition space 1. The cost of the space for Exhibitions shall be set in relation to the area and the location occupied by the Exhibitor in accordance with the price list detailed in the Appendix to these General Rules and Regulations.2. Members of the Portuguese Business Association (Associação Em-presarial de Portugal) shall benefit from a 10% discount on the cost of Exhibition space.3. The payment shall be done by instalment as listed in the Appendix.4. No payments, once made, shall be refunded even when the Exhibitor, for reasons beyond the control of the Organisers, does not occupy his stand, except for the established in article 11.5. The Organisers reserve the right to exclude an Exhibitor should he fail to pay any of the instalments stipulated in the Appendix without the payment of any form of indemnification.trade fairs and exhibitionsgeneral rules and regulationsartigo 11º - desistências1. Em caso de desistência, obrigatoriamente apresentada por escrito pelo Expositor à Organização com a antecedência mínima de 30 dias em relação à data fixada para o início da Feira, a Organização poderá isentá-lo do pagamento das prestações em dívida.2. Após a recepção do pedido de desistência apresentado nos termos do número anterior, a Organização informará, por escrito, o interessado da decisão tomada.CapÍtulo iiiserViços tÉCniCosartigo 12º - serviços gerais1. A iluminação geral dos pavilhões, bem como dos espaços ao ar livre é assegurada pela Organização.2. A vigilância dos pavilhões é da competência da Organização, bem como a limpeza das áreas de trânsito dentro dos pavilhões.artigo 13º - energia eléctrica1. A taxa de energia eléctrica é fixada no Aditamento. 2. A energia eléctrica é fornecida em corrente alternada com frequência de 50 Hz e tensão de 220/380 volts.3. Dependendo do local em que se realize a exposição, os Expositores podem normalmente optar por um dos escalões de potência de ener-gia eléctrica, que abaixo se discriminam:9. A instalação eléctrica de cada stand de Expositor deverá possuir um ou mais quadros eléctricos, de acordo com a potência requerida e a disponibilizada pela Organização. Estes quadros serão encargo do Expositor. Um dos referidos quadros deverá servir de quadro geral do stand. Caso tal não se torne possível, cada quadro deverá servir exclusiva-mente zonas bem delimitadas, não sendo permitido efectuar ligações de um determinado quadro de zona, para uma outra zona distinta do stand.10. Os quadros eléctricos do stand de expositor deverão possuir: - Cablagens adequadas à potência instalada; - Dispositivo de corte geral omnipolar adequado à potência requi-sitada; - Dispositivos de protecção diferencial de alta sensibilidade (30 mA) e disparo instantâneo em caso de defeito à terra; Nota: Este dispositivo poderá eventualmente desempenhar as fun-ções de corte geral omnipolar. - Dispositivos de corte automático, do tipo disjuntor, para protecção de todos os circuitos de saída. - Uma ponta de cabo trifásico com 1,5 mts e no término deste uma ficha Macho Tipo CEE conforme descrito na tabela abaixo:Tensão EscalõesPotência EléctricaLimite deCorrente Eléctrica(Amperes)(KVA) (KW)220 VMonofásica380 VTrifásica1234563,5710,5214182,536915306016323x163x323x633x1254. As cargas eléctricas de natureza reactiva (motores eléctricos, lâm-padas de descarga, etc.) instaladas no stand do Expositor, deverão estar devidamente compensadas, de modo que o factor de potência da instalação eléctrica do stand seja igual ou superior a 0,94.5. A distribuição de cargas eléctricas por fase, na instalação do stand, deverá ser equitativa, por forma a não provocar desiquilíbrio entre fases.6. Todas as instalações eléctricas dos Expositores deverão obedecer às normas e regulamentos oficiais em vigor, com particular destaque para o Regulamento de Segurança de Instalações de Utilização de Energia Eléctrica (R.S.I.U.E.E.).7. O Expositor deverá nomear um técnico responsável, credenciado pela Direcção Geral de Energia, a fim de este se responsabilizar pela mon-tagem da sua instalação eléctrica de stand.8. Os custos de ligação de energia eléctrica até ao quadro dos Exposi-tores decorrerão por conta da Organização, devendo o Expositor sub-meter à aprovação o esquema das suas instalações eléctricas antes de proceder à sua montagem.POTÊNCIAS FICHA TIPO3 a 15 Kw30 Kw60 KwFicha Macho Tipo CEE 3x32A+N+T Ficha Macho Tipo CEE 3x63A+N+T Ficha Macho Tipo CEE 3x125A+N+T 11. A distribuição de energia eléctrica desde o quadro do stand do Exposi-tor até aos aparelhos de utilização de energia deverá ser realizada em cabo com duplo isolamento e com circuito de terra de protecção. É expressamente proibido o uso de condutores flexíveis de um só isola-mento (FV), sendo também proibido o uso de cabos com bainha ligeira (VVD, FVD, etc.) ou condutores do tipo V estabelecidos à vista. Para além das restrições indicadas, deverá ser observado tudo o dis-posto na parágrafo 5.3.1 do R.S.I.U.E.E..12. Após finalizada a montagem da instalação eléctrica do stand, deverá o Expositor requerer à Organização o estabelecimento do forneci-mento de energia eléctrica.13. No caso do consumo das instalações eléctricas do stand de Exposi-tor ultrapassar o valor requisitado, com o consequente disparo dos aparelhos de protecção, o fornecimento de energia eléctrica poderá ser reposto pela Organização, mediante o pagamento de uma taxa de ligação a definir, de acordo com as disponibilidades técnicas e funcionais.14. Os Expositores deverão tomar as medidas adequadas para garantir o fácil acesso dos funcionários credenciados da Organização, ao ponto de ligação da sua instalação eléctrica com as infraestruturas fixas de fornecimento de energia.15. As instalações eléctricas dos Expositores poderão, em qualquer mo-mento, ser fiscalizadas por funcionários da Organização devidamente credenciados, podendo proceder-se ao corte de energia eléctrica fornecida ao stand se as suas condições de segurança não forem satisfatórias ou tiver havido alterações indevidas na instalação. Neste último caso, poderá o Expositor, após modificações adequadas das suas instalações, requerer nova ligação da sua instalação, a qual só poderá ser efectuada após nova vistoria das instalações eléctricas do stand e o pagamento da taxa respectiva de nova ligação.regulamento geralde feiras e exposiçõesarticle 11 - revocations 1. The Organisers may exempt the Exhibitor from paying the instalments in dept in case he cancels his participation by letter within the mini-mum of thirty days before the opening date of the Exhibition.2. After the receipt of the request for revocation presented in the terms of the previous item, the Organisers shall inform the Exhibitor by letter of the decision made.CHapter iiiserViCesarticle 12 - general services 1. The general lighting of the Exhibition halls, as well as of the surroun-ding outdoor areas, is supplied by the Organisers.2. The Organisers shall be responsible for the safety of the Exhibition halls, as well as the cleaning of the public areas within the Exhibition halls.article 13 - electricity 1. The electricity rate shall be set in the Appendix.2. The electricity current is 220/380 Volts with a 50 period frequency.3. Depending on the location of the Exhibition itself, Exhibitors may usu-ally choose one of the power scales given bellow:4. Electric loads of a reactive nature (electric motors, triggered lights, etc.) installed in an Exhibitor’s stand must be duly compensated so that the power factor of the electrical installation is equal to, or greater than 0,94.5. The electrical power distribution per phase, within the stand, must be equalised so as not to create any imbalance amongst the phases.6. All of an Exhibitor’s electrical installations must comply with applicable official rules and regulations, and particular attention must be paid to the Safety Regulations for the Use of Electric Power (RSIUEE).7. The Exhibitor must appoint an electrician who is duly certified by the Directorate General for Energy and who is responsible for setting up the electric installations in each stand.8. The charge for connecting the electric power to each stand’s meter shall be borne by the Organisers. Each Exhibitor must first submit a blueprint of his electric installation for approval before they may be set up.9. Each stand’s electric installations must be linked to one or more fuse boxes, according to the required amount of power and that made available by the Organisers. Each Exhibitor shall supply his own fuse boxes. One of the aforementioned fuse boxes shall act as the main fuse box for the stand. Should this not be possible, each fuse box shall serve a clearly defined area. No connections in one area may be made to a fuse box in another separate area.10. Each fuse box in a stand must contain: Note: This circuit breaker could also act as a general unipolar circuit breaker. - Cables that are appropriate for the amount of power installed; - Unipolar circuit breakers appropriate for the amount of power installed; - Highly sensitive (30mA) differential circuit breakers with an instant cut-off should there be an earthing defect; - Automatic circuit breakers, of the fuse type, to protect all power outlets. - A 1,5 m 3-phase cable with a EU standard plug as described in the table below:11. The distribution of electricity from the stand’s fuse box to the vari-ous machinery that require it shall be by a doubly insulated, earthed cable. Flexible, single insulation (FV) cables are expressly forbidden. Lightly sheathed (VVD, FVD, etc.) wires or visible type V conductors are also expressly forbidden. In addition to the above restrictions, Exhibitors must also comply with all the terms of R.S.I.U.E.E. paragraph 5.3.1.12. After the electric installations of a stand are complete, the Exhibitors shall request to the Organisers to link the electric power to the stand.13. Should the amount of power consumed in a stand be greater than that requested, with the resulting triggering of the circuit breakers, the Organisers may restore the supply of power upon payment of an additional connecting fee to be established, according to technical and functional availability.14. Exhibitors must take all appropriate measures to guarantee that duly accredited Organisers employees have easy access to the place whether their electric installation is linked to the permanent power outlets.15. The Organisers reserve the right to send duly accredited employees to inspect an Exhibition electric installations at all times, and to cut off the power supplied to a stand should the safety conditions be consi-dered unsatisfactory or should there have been any undue changes to the installation itself. In the latter case, the Exhibitor may, after pro-ceeding with the required modifications, reapply for the power to link again to this installation. Os danos infligidos às infraestruturas eléctricas não pertencentes ao Expositor serão da sua responsabilidade, devendo este proceder ao pagamento imediato dos custos inerentes à sua reparação, após apresentação dos respectivos comprovativos.17. A Organização declina toda a responsabilidade por acidentes, perdas ou danos motivados por: - Cortes de energia eléctrica ocorridos na rede pública de distribuição de energia eléctrica; - Variações de tensão originadas na rede, incluindo fenómenos de sobretensão de origem atmosférica ou outra.artigo 14º - Água e esgoto1. O fornecimento de água ficará dependente da localização do stand e do fim a que se destina e o seu custo será definido no Aditamento.2. A distribuição de água desde o ponto de alimentação até aos equipa-mentos de utilização é da responsabilidade do Expositor. 3. O expositor deverá requerer à Organização a vistoria da sua instala-ção de água no stand, após a sua montagem, para aprovação. 4. O estabelecimento do fornecimento de água será efectuado pela Organização, após a aprovação referida no número anterior. artigo 15º - gás1. O fornecimento de gás ficará dependente da localização do stand e do fim a que se destina, sendo o seu custo definido no Aditamento.2. A distribuição de gás desde o ponto de alimentação até aos equipa-mentos de utilização é da responsabilidade do Expositor.3. O Expositor deverá nomear um técnico responsável, devidamente credenciado pela Direcção Geral de Energia, a fim de este se respon-sabilizar pela montagem da sua instalação de gás no stand.4. O Expositor deverá submeter à aprovação da Organização o esquema das suas instalações de gás antes de proceder à sua montagem.5. O Expositor deverá requerer à Organização a vistoria da sua instala-ção de gás no stand, após a sua montagem, para aprovação.6. O estabelecimento do fornecimento de gás será efectuado pela Orga-nização, após a aprovação referida no número anterior.artigo 16º - ar comprimido1. O fornecimento de ar comprimido ficará dependente da localização do stand e do fim a que se destina, sendo o seu custo definido no Aditamento.2. A distribuição de ar comprimido desde o ponto de alimentação até aos equipamentos de utilização é da responsabilidade do Expositor.3. O Expositor deverá requerer à Organização a vistoria da sua instala-ção de ar comprimido no stand, após a sua montagem, para aprova-ção.4. O estabelecimento do fornecimento de ar comprimido será efectuado pela Organização, após a aprovação referida no número anterior.artigo 17º - telefoneNo acto de inscrição o Expositor pode requisitar serviços de telecomuni-cações, cujas condições serão definidas no Aditamento.artigo 18º - Construção de stand-tipoO Expositor pode requisitar a construção de stand-tipo, com as caracte-rísticas e nas condições definidas no Aditamento.artigo 19º - requisição1. A requisição dos diversos serviços técnicos deve obrigatoriamente constar do Boletim de Inscrição 3 e das Notas de Encomenda respec-tivas.2. Os pedidos posteriores têm de ser solicitados por escrito e poderão deparar com a impossibilidade da sua satisfação.CapÍtulo iVstandsartigo 20º - dimensõesO stand base terá 9 m2 (3x3m). Cada stand pode ocupar complementar-mente múltiplos do módulo base.artigo 21º - localizaçãoA distribuição dos stands, bem como a sua localização, são da competên-cia da Organização.artigo 22º - alteração da localização1. Se assim o exigirem os interesses gerais da Feira, a Organização pode alterar a localização, área ou disposição do stand concedido.2. Quando, de harmonia com o disposto no número anterior, for reduzida a área atribuída a um Expositor, este terá direito à respectiva parte da taxa de ocupação correspondente à área que lhe tiver sido retirada.3. Quando, por conveniência do arranjo geral da Feira, houver necessi-dade de aumentar o espaço atribuído a um Expositor, este só pagará a diferença se com isso concordar.artigo 23º - Construção e pavimentação1. Ao pavimento de betão dos pavilhões bem como às suas paredes nada poderá ser afixado ou pintado. O pavimento dos stands será re-vestido pelo Expositor com qualquer material à sua escolha, ficando, no entanto, interdita a utilização de qualquer tipo de colas para fixa-ção de alcatifas ou outros revestimentos, quer aplicadas directamente no pavimento, quer através de fitas autocolantes.2. Não é permitido suspender nenhum objecto na estrutura da cobertura dos pavilhões, bem como nas redes de distribuição de água, elec-tricidade e aquecimento, sendo igualmente vedada a danificação de paredes, tectos e pavimentos, salvo autorização expressa da Orga-nização.3. Não sendo permitida a construção oficinal de stands nas áreas de ex-posição, a construção dos stands nos pavilhões deve resultar apenas da montagem dos elementos constituintes, previamente concebidos.4. Os materiais utilizados devem cumprir a legislação em vigor, da qual se destaca a resistência ao fogo dos materiais, como por exemplo, o revestimento de chão que deverá ser do tipo M2, ou seja, dificilmente inflamável. Os materiais utilizados nas paredes e tectos deverão ser do tipo M1, isto é, não combustíveis.5. É da responsabilidade do expositor cobrir as fachadas que não são consideradas frentes. Assim, sempre que as costas de um stand confinem com corredores de circulação ou com outros stands, cabe à empresa expositora proceder ao seu acabamento, cobrindo o que fica à vista.artigo 24º - montagem e desmontagem1. The Exhibitor shall ask the Organisers to inspect the water installation in the stand, after its mounting, for approval.4. Supply of water shall be established by the Organisers, after the approval mentioned above.article 15 - gas1. Supply of gas shall depend on the location and purpose of the stand, its cost is defined by the Appendix.2. Distribution of gas from the feeding point to the equipment is the responsibility of the Exhibitor.3. The Exhibitor shall appoint a technician, duly certified by the Directo-rate General for Energy, who shall be held responsible for the gas installation in the stand.4. The Exhibitor shall submit the gas schematic drawing to the Organi-sers for approval, before proceeding with its installation.5. The Exhibitor shall ask the Organisers to inspect the gas installation in the stand, after its mounting, for approval.6. Supply of gas shall be established by the Organisers, after the approval mentioned above.artigo 16 - Compressed air1. Supply of compressed air shall depend on the location and purpose of the stand, its cost is defined by the Appendix.2. Distribution of compressed air from the feeding point to the equipment is the responsibility of the Exhibitor.3. The Exhibitor shall ask the Organisers to inspect the compressed air installation in the stand, after its mounting, for approval.4. Supply of compressed air shall be established by the Organisers, after the approval mentioned above.article 17 - telephoneThe Exhibitor may request, on the Application Form, telecommunication services. The conditions for this request shall be defined in the Appen-dix.article 18 - standard-type stand constructionThe Exhibitor may require the construction of standard-type stand, with the characteristics, terms and conditions established in the Appendix.article 19 - requests1. The request for several technical services should compulsorily be in-dicated in Application Form 3 and in Order Forms A and B.2. Requests made after that will have to be made by letter and may be denied.CHapter iVstandsarticle 20 - size of the standsA basic stand shall measure 9 m2 (3x3m). A stand may consist of several modules of the basic stand.article 21 - locationThe distribution of the stands, as well as their location within the hall, are the exclusive responsibility of the Organisers.article 22 - Change in location of the stands1. The Organisers reserve the right to change the location, area or arrangement of a stand should this be in the general interest of the Exhibition.2. When, in accordance with the previous item, an Exhibitor loses part of the space he had been attributed, he is entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the space he as lost.3. When, for purposes of the general layout of the Exhibition, it is felt that the Exhibitor should be given more space, he shall only pay for this additional space if he agrees to this change.article 23 - Construction and flooring1. Nothing may be attached to or painted on the concrete floors and walls of the Exhibition hall. The floor of the stands may be covered by any material the Exhibitor chooses to use, but he is expressly forbidden to use any type of glue or selfadhesive tapes.2. It is forbidden to hang anything from the overhead beams of the hall, from the water, electricity or heating lines. It is not allowed the impai-ring of walls, ceilings and floors, only when authorized by the Organi-zation.3. Stands may not be built by carpenters within the Exhibition hall. Stands may only be assembled from pre-designated movable panels.4. All materials used must conform to the legislation in force. Most im-portantly, materials must be resistant to fire. For example, floor cover-ings must be type M2, ie. hardly inflammable. Materials on walls and ceilings must be type M1, ie. non-flammable.5. The exhibitor must cover façades that are not fronts, such that whenever the back of a stand borders a corridor or another stand, the exhibiting company responsible for the stand must finish that façade by covering what remains in view.article 24 - mounting and dismounting of the stands1. Au-torizações especiais de trabalho, para horário extraordinário, serão acordadas caso a caso, podendo implicar o pagamento de uma taxa de prolongamento de horário.7. O período de montagem dos stands constará no Aditamento. Se esta data tiver de ser alterada, a Organização informará o Expositor.8. Se o espaço reservado ao Expositor não for ocupado 24 horas an-tes da inauguração da Feira, a Organização terá direito a dispor do mesmo.9. Os stands deverão estar completamente montados e providos dos artigos declarados nos Boletins 12 horas antes da inauguração da Feira. Se tal não se verificar, a Organização terá direito a dispor dos mesmos.10. A desmontagem dos stands pelos Expositores só poderá ser rea lizada nos dias e horários pré-fixados.11. Este trabalho, bem como a reparação de quaisquer estragos ocasio-nados no pavilhão, não poderão exceder o período referido no ponto anterior.12. Decorrida essa data, a Organização mandará retirar e armazenar o material que ainda permaneça nos stands.13. Serão de conta e responsabilidade do Expositor as despesas oca-sionadas com a desmontagem, transporte e armazenamento do ma-terial referido no número anterior, sendo da inteira responsabilidade daquele os danos e prejuízos que porventura se verifiquem por roubo ou deterioração do material ou produtos em causa.14. Relativamente à movimentação de cargas, não é permitida a utiliza-ção de empilhadores ou gruas próprias, pelo que, caso necessitem deste serviço, os expositores devem recorrer a um fornecedor exclu-sivo da Organização.artigo 25º - decoração e arrumo1. A decoração e iluminação interior dos stands e o arrumo dos produtos a expor estão a cargo do Expositor, ficando contudo sob a fiscaliza-ção da Organização.2. A decoração e estrutura dos stands não poderá, sem autorização prévia: a) Prejudicar a visibilidade dos stands contíguos; b) Ser prolongada para além dos limites da sua área; c) Utilizar cartazes luminosos de luz intermitente, de flash ou anima-dos de movimento que prejudiquem os outros stands.3. A Organização pode mandar alterar as dimensões das tabuletas e dísticos que não obedeçam às medidas fixadas no anteprojecto, bem como a decoração que não tenha sido efectuada de acordo com este.4. A Organização pode, em qualquer altura, impedir ou mandar retirar dos stands produtos que julgue deficientes, perigosos, incómodos ou incompatíveis com os objectivos e/ou com o âmbito da Feira.5. A instalação dos dispositivos de iluminação dentro dos stands fica a cargo dos Expositores.6. A utilização de máquinas de produção de fumo ou névoa e de siste-mas de laser carece de autorização prévia da Organização.artigo 26º - limpeza1. É da responsabilidade do Expositor a limpeza e remoção do lixo do seu stand, depositando-o nos locais disponibilizados para o efeito pela Organização.2. A limpeza do stand poderá ser efectuada por pessoal permanente do Expositor ou ser por este requisitada à Organização.3. O Expositor deve, após o encerramento da Feira, deixar o espaço respectivo nas mesmas condições de limpeza em que o mesmo lhe foi cedido. Caso tal não se verifique, a Organização procederá à limpeza necessária, sendo o respectivo custo facturado ao Expositor.artigo 27º - segurança e protecção contra incêndios1. Não é permitido, sob qualquer forma, obstruir total ou parcialmente as saídas de emergência ou impedir a visibilidade e o acesso a extintores e bocas de incêndio armadas (BIA).2. Salvo autorização prévia da Organização, não é permitido ao Exposi-tor realizar demonstrações com a utilização de qualquer tipo de apa-relhos ou equipamentos a fogo aberto.3. Salvo autorização prévia da Organização, não é permitido ao Exposi-tor apresentar equipamentos que emitam raios ionisantes ou radioac-tivos, cabendo à Organização a definição das condições em que tais equipamentos poderão ser expostos.4. Salvo autorização prévia da Organização, não é permitido o depósito e a utilização de garrafas contendo gás líquido no interior do edifício.5. No caso de utilização de luz laser pelo Expositor, a energia do feixe não poderá ultrapassar os 2,5mW/m2. Para potências superiores, o feixe laser deverá ser completamente blindado.6. No interior dos edifícios e dos stands, só é permitida a exposição de veículos a motor cujo depósito de combustível deverá ter a quanti -dade mínima que permita a deslocação até ao posto de abaste cimento mais próximo.7. Na construção e decoração dos stands, no caso de utilização de alcatifa pelas empresas montadoras de stands, é obrigatório o uso de alcatifa ignífuga da classe M3 devendo as mesmas exibir cópia dos certificados comprovativos da conformidade da alcatifa utilizada com a regra estabelecida. Caso tal não se verifique, a Organização im-pedirá ou suspenderá de imediato a montagem dos stands consoante a referida montagem já se tenha iniciado ou não.artigo 28º - infracçõesEm caso de infracção às normas regulamentares sobre construção e decoração de stands, bem como sobre segurança e protecção contra incêndios, a Organização poderá tomar as providências que entender adequadas, designadamente ordenar o encerramento do stand.artigo 29º - Cedência de local1. Os Expositores e os participantes não podem ceder a qualquer título, todo ou parte do espaço que lhes pertence, sem prévia autorização, dada por escrito, pela Organização.2. É igualmente proibido expor material de outros produtores que não sejam apresentados pelo titular do stand.3. Em caso de infracção ao disposto nos números anteriores, a Orga-nização poderá tomar as providências adequadas, nomeadamente mandando retirar do local os produtos indevidamente expostos.regulamento geralde feiras e exposições3. The Organisers reserve the right to make its own use of any space attributed to an Exhibitor should this not be occupied 24 hours prior to the opening of the Exhibition.9. The Organisers reserve the right to make its own use of any stand attributed to an Exhibitor should this not be completely assembled and containing the items declared in the bulletins, 12 hours prior to the opening of the Exhibition.10. Exhibitors shall dismount their stand during the pre-set days and times.11. This work, together with the repairs of any damages caused within the Exhibition hall, may only be carried out during the period mentioned in the previous Item.12. At the end of this period, the Organisers shall order the removal and storage of any remaining articles or goods.13. Exhibitors shall defray the cost of disassembling, transporting and storing the goods referred to in the previous Item. Furthermore, the Organisers decline any responsibility for the theft or damage to the goods or products in question.14. Exhibitors are not permitted to use their own fork-lift trucks or loaders for carring or handling goods. They must use the contractor appointed by the Organisation.article 25 - decoration and layout of the stands1. The decoration and interior lighting of the stands, as well as the layout of the products on exhibit, are of the exclusive responsibility of the Exhibitors who shall, nevertheless, be under overall supervision of the Organisers.2. The decoration and structure of the stands may not, without express permission: a) Limit the visibility of adjoining stands; b) Extended beyond the area attributed; c) Include flashing or animated lights or displays that may be detri-mental to other stands.3. The Organiser may order changes in the size of signs and symbols or in the decoration, should this not conform to the approved plans.4. The Organisers may close or order the removal of objects from a stand at any time, should it judge these to be defective, dangerous, detri-mental to or incompatible with the objectives and/or the scope of the Exhibition.5. Exhibitors shall defray the cost of any lighting within their stands.6. The use of machines to produce smoke or fog and laser systems are only permitted with prior authorisation from the Organisation.article 26 - Cleaning1. The Exhibitor is responsible for the cleaning of the stand, as well as the removal of garbage to the places indicated by the Organisers.2. The stand can be cleaned by the Exhibitor’s permanent staff or by a staff requested to the Organisers.3. After the closing of the Exhibition, the Exhibitor must leave the stand cleaned. Otherwise, the Organisers will proceed with the necessary cleaning, and will apply the respective charge.article 27 - safety and fire protection1. Under no circumstances, should one obstruct the emergency exits wholly or partially, or interfere with the visibility and access to extin-guishers and reinforced hydrants (RIA).2. Except in case of previous authorisation of the Organisers, the Exhibitor cannot perform demonstrations using any type of material or equipment at open fire.3. Except in case of previous authorisation of the Organisers, the Exhibi-tor cannot exhibit equipment emitting ionizing or radioactive rays. The Organisers are entitled to determine the conditions under which the said equipment can be exposed.4. Except in case of previous authorisation of the Organisers, the de-posit and use of bottles containing liquid gas inside the building is not allowed.5. Should the Exhibitor wish to use laser light, the energy of the beam cannot be superior to 2,5mW/m2. For superior power, the laser beam must be completely shielded.6. Inside the buildings and the stands, only motor vehicles whose fuel tank must be at least large enough to enable it to reach the nearest fuel station can be displayed.7. In the setting up and decoration of the stands, if the companies in charge of setting up the stands choose to use carpeting, it is compul-sory that they use a class M3 flame-proof carpet, as well as display a copy of the certificate confirming that the carpeting used satisfies the established rule. Otherwise, the Organisation will immediately forbid or suspend the setting up of the stands, according to whether this had already been started or not.article 28 - infractionsThe Organisers reserve the right to order the closing of a stand should there be any infraction of the Items referring to the decoration and construction of stands, as well as fire safety and protection.article 29 - transfer of site1. Exhibitors and participants are expressly forbidden to cede all or part of the space they have been attributed, without this having been previously authorised in writing by the Organisers.2. It is equally forbidden to exhibit products manufactured by other parties who are not represented by the holder of the stand.3. The Organisers reserve the right to order the removal of all unduly exhibited products from the stands should there be any infraction of Items 1 or 2 of this article.trade fairs and exhibitionsgeneral rules and regulationsCapÍtulo VCartõesartigo 30º - Cartas de legitimaçãoAs cartas de legitimação conferem ao Expositor o direito a iniciar os tra-balhos de montagem do seu stand. Os cartões de montagem/desmontagem são atribuídos em número proporcional à área ocupada, de acordo com o estabelecido no Adita-mento, e só serão válidos durante estes períodos.2. O pessoal encarregado da montagem/desmontagem dos stands de-verá estar munido dos respectivos cartões fornecidos pela Organiza-ção ao Expositor.artigo 32º - Cartões de expositor1. Os cartões de Expositor serão válidos para o período de funciona-mento da Feira e são destinados ao pessoal a prestar serviço nos stands.2. São atribuídos em número proporcional à área ocupada, de acordo com o estabelecido no Aditamento.artigo 33º - Cartões de visitante profissionalDestinam-se aos visitantes profissionais e poderão ser utilizados nos dias e horários neles indicados, obedecendo a sua distribuição ao critério es-tabelecido no Aditamento.artigo 34º - Cartões de parque para expositorLivres trânsitos automóvel serão fornecidos pela Organização, podendo esta estabelecer, em cada Feira, o número de cartões a atribuir a cada Expositor.artigo 35º - infracçõesTodos os cartões de ingresso são rigorosamente pessoais e intrans-missíveis pelo que a infracção a este preceito ditará a apreensão dos referidos cartões, sem direito para o Expositor de ser indemnizado pelo cance lamento da sua validade ou de lhe serem fornecidos novos cartões.CapÍtulo VipubliCidade e CatÁlogoartigo 36º - publicidade1. Os Expositores devem limitar a sua actividade ao espaço que contrata-ram e ocuparam, só aí lhes sendo permitido realizar a publicidade dos seus produtos.2. A publicidade gráfica fora dos stands, bem como a publicidade sonora, cinematográfica ou televisiva, é exclusivo da Organização, ou deverá por esta ser previamente autorizada.3. A Organização procederá à publicidade geral da Feira que julgar conveniente, utilizando os meios de comunicação social apropriados.4. Constitui exclusivo da Organização o direito de filmar, televisionar, fotografar ou reproduzir por qualquer meio as instalações e perspec-tivas da Feira.5. A Organização reserva-se o direito de mandar fotografar, tirar croquis e filmar os objectos expostos com vista à documentação com fins de publicidade.6. Não é permitido aos Expositores tirar fotografias, salvo autorização prévia da Organização.7. No caso de ser concedida autorização, os Expositores deverão re-correr aos fotógrafos da Organização.8. Se um Expositor pretender recorrer a outros fotógrafos, terá de o solicitar, por escrito, à Organização até uma semana antes da Feira.artigo 37º - Catálogo oficial1. A edição do Catálogo Oficial da Feira constitui exclusivo da Orga-nização, tendo cada Expositor direito a receber um exemplar deste catálogo.2. A inscrição no Catálogo Oficial da Feira está regulamentada no Adita-mento. 3. Os Expositores poderão fazer publicidade no Catálogo Oficial, e os preços dessa publicidade, condições de pagamento e prazos de envio de textos e gravuras são indicados no Aditamento.artigo 38º - actividades paralelasPoderão ser realizados colóquios, palestras e outras actividades rele-vantes.CapÍtulo Viiresponsabilidade CiVil, seguros e reClamaçõesartigo 39º - responsabilidade e obrigações do expositor1. Embora sejam tomadas pela Organização as precauções normal-mente necessárias para a protecção dos produtos expostos, estes consideram-se sempre sob responsabilidade e guarda do Expositor.2. Quaisquer danos ou prejuízos que possam advir aos Expositores, ao seu pessoal ou aos produtos expostos, seja qual for a sua natureza ou factos que lhe deram origem, nomeadamente incêndio ou furto, são da exclusiva responsabilidade do Expositor ou participante.3. Os Expositores e participantes instalados no recinto da Feira são responsáveis pelos danos ou prejuízos que causem, directa ou indi-rectamente, no recinto, nos stands ou nos produtos de outros Exposi-tores.4. De acordo com o estabelecido no número anterior, os Expositores e participantes devem, após o encerramento da Feira, entregar os stands e pavimentos respectivos no mesmo estado de conservação em que lhes foram cedidos, salvaguardando o uso normal destes. Caso tal não se verifique, a Organização procederá às reparações necessárias, cujo custo será facturado ao ocupante do local ou stand danificado.5. De acordo com os pontos anteriores, deve o Expositor declarar à Or-ganização no momento em que tenha acesso ao espaço que lhe for reservado os danos já existentes nesse espaço, a fim de não ser por eles posteriormente responsabilizado.6. Compete aos Expositores a vigilância dos seus próprios stands, sendo da sua inteira responsabilidade a segurança dos materiais e produtos expostos.artigo 40º - abandono de bens pelos expositores1. Os bens abandonados pelos Expositores nas instalações da Exponor, após a realização de cada Feira são guardados em armazéns da Exponor, pelo período de três meses.2. A falta de levantamento dos bens pelo Expositor no prazo referido no número anterior implica renúncia, irrevogável, quer a todos os direitos sobre os bens em causa, quer à reclamação de quaisquer responsabi-lidades da Exponor, a esse título.regulamento geralde feiras e exposiçõesCHapter VCardsarticle 30 - Credential letters These letters officially grant an Exhibitor the right to assemble a stand.These shall only be supplied after the full payment of all moneys due.article 31 - mounting / dismounting cards1. The Exhibitor cards shall be valid during thr Exhibition period and they are designed for the stands staff.2. They shall be provided according to the occupied space, as esta-blished in the Appendix.article 33 - trade visitor cards These cards shall be given to trade visitors and shall be valid for the dates and times specified. They shall be distributed in accordance with the crite-ria set forth in the Appendix.article 34 - free parking cardsThe Organisers reserve the right to supply and to stipulate the number of cards to attribute to each Exhibitor.article 35 - infractions All admission cards are strictly personal and untransferable. Any infrac-tion shall result in the apprehension of the said cards. Exhibitor do not have the right to be indemnified for their cancellation nor to be supplied new cards.CHapter VipubliCitY and Cataloguearticle 36 - publicity1. Exhibitors shall limit their publicity to the space attributed and occu-pied by them.2. All graphic publicity outside the stands, as well as all sound, cinemato-graphic or televised advertising, is of the exclusive responsibility of the Organisers, or must be authorised by it.3. The Organisers shall advertise the Exhibition as it sees fit, through the appropriate media.4. The Organisers reserve the right to film, televise, photograph or use any means to visualise the installations and the views of the Exhibi-tion.5. The Organisers reserve the right to take pictures, draw schematic drawings and film the objects displayed for publicity or documentation purposes.6. Exhibitors are not allowed to take pictures, unless otherwise previously authorised by the Organisers.7. In case authorisation is given, the Exhibitor shall contact the Organi-sers’ photographers.8. Should an Exhibitor wish to use other photographers, he shall submit his request in writing to the Organisers, one week before opening of the Exhibition.article 37 - official Catalogue1. The Organisers are exclusively responsible for the Exhibition Official Catalogue, and each Exhibitor is entitled to one free copy of the cata-logue.2. Listings in the Official Catalogues of Exhibitions are regulated in the Appendix.3. The Exhibitors may advertise in the Official Catalogue. The cost of advertising, payment conditions and deadlines for sending in text and designs, are indicated in the Appendix.article 38 - programme of activitiesDebates, lectures and other important activities may also be organised.CHapter ViiCiVil responsibilitY, insuranCe and Complaintsarticle 39 - responsabilities and duties of the exhibitor1. Although the Organisers shall have taken all the precautions ne cessary to safeguard the products on exhibit, the safety of these shall always be considered to be the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor.2. Any damages or losses to the Exhibitors, their staff, or their products, regardless of the nature or the circumstances under wich these may occur, namely fire or theft, are exclusively responsibility of the Exhibi-tor or participant.3. Exhibitors and participants installed within the Exhibition hall shall be held responsible for any damages caused, directly or indirectly, on the hall, stands or products of other Exhibitors.4. In accordance with the previous Item, Exhibitors and participants shall, after the closure of the Exhibition, return the stands and their respective flooring in the same condition as they received them, except for normal wear and tear. In case of damages, the Organis-ers will proceed to all necessary repairs and bill the occupant of the damaged area or stand.5. In accordance with the previous Item, the Exhibitor is responsible for informing the Organisers of any prior damage to the space reserved for him so that he may not be held liable at the end of the Exhibition.6. Each Exhibitor shall be responsible for the security of his exhibit and the products exhibited.article 40 - goods left behind by exhibitors1. Goods left behind by Exhibitors in Exponor facilities after each Exhibition will be stored in Exponor warehouses for a period of three months.2. If the goods are not removed by the Exhibitor within the period speci-fied above, this implies the irrevocable waiver of any rights to the goods in question or to claim any liability for these from Exponor.trade fairs and exhibitionsgeneral rules and regulations3. Os seguros dos produtos e materiais expostos são de carácter obrigatório.2. A EXPONOR - Feira Internacional do Porto efectuará um Seguro de Responsabilidade Civil destinado à cobertura de danos patrimoniais e/ou não patrimoniais, resultantes de lesões materiais e/ou corporais, causadas acidentalmente a terceiros, pelos Expositores, nas instala-ções da EXPONOR - Feira Internacional do Porto, durante a monta-gem, feira e desmontagem, cujo custo será debitado aos Expositores, constando o seu valor no Aditamento à feira em causa.3. O Seguro de Responsabilidade Civil cobre, ainda, a responsabilidade civil cruzada, considerando-se como terceiros entre si todos os segu-rados.4. Do Seguro de Responsabilidade Civil fica excluída a responsabili-dade: - Decorrente do desrespeito intencional, deliberado ou consciente do Segurado da necessidade de tomar as providências exigíveis por forma a evitar danos, incluindo actos ou omissões relacionados com medidas necessárias para a manutenção, reparação e/ou segurança dos imóveis e/ou instalações. - Os danos resultantes de acção ou omissão dolosa do Segurado, relacionados com medidas necessárias para a reparação e/ou segu-rança dos mesmos imóveis. - Por perdas ou danos por violação intencional de leis, regulamentos, ordenações e provisões das autoridades. - Por furto, roubo, desfalque, abuso de confiança, difamação, divul-gação do segredo profissional pelo Segurado e por infidelidade dos seus empregados, assalariados ou mandatários, bem como de todos aqueles por quem seja civilmente responsável. - Por reclamações por sinistros ocorridos, cujas circunstâncias ou evento susceptíveis de os causar, fossem do conhecimento do Segu-rado antes do início da apólice. - Por reclamações directa ou indirectamente baseadas e/ou decorrentes de erros ou omissões profissionais, prestação deficiente e ou falta de prestação de serviços profissionais.6. Esta apólice não garante reclamações, perdas, custos ou despesas directa ou indirectamente baseadas ou resultantes ou consequência de, ou relacionadas com o fabrico, extracção, distribuição, produção, testes, reparação, remoção, armazenagem, colocação, venda, uso ou exposição a amianto ou materiais ou produtos contendo amianto quer tenha ou não havido outra causa que tenha contribuído concorrente-mente para a produção do dano ou seja consequência de um dano.7. Esta apólice não garante reclamações, perdas, custos ou despesas directa ou indirectamente baseadas ou resultantes ou consequência de, ou relacionadas com fungos patogénicos ou bactérias ou deriva-dos quer tenha ou não havido outra causa que tenha contribuído con-correntemente para a produção do dano ou seja consequência a um dano.artigo 42º - reclamaçõesQualquer reclamação do Expositor deverá ser efectuada por escrito e apresentada à Organização no prazo máximo de 48 horas.CapÍtulo Viiidisposições finaisartigo 43º - facilidade na importação de produtosA importação temporária dos produtos a expor é regulamentada pelas leis em vigor.artigo 44º - Vendas particulares1. Em caso de infracção a este regulamento e às disposições do Adita-mento, a Organização poderá tomar as medidas que julgar conveni-entes, inclusive o cancelamento dos direitos do Expositor, sem que este possa exigir qualquer indemnização ou reembolso das quantias pagas.2. All products and materials exhibited must be insured.2. EXPONOR - Porto International Fair will take out Civil Liability Insu-rance to cover pecuniary and/ or non-pecuniary damage, resulting from material and/or bodily injuries caused accidentally to third parties by the Exhibitors, at the EXPONOR - Porto International Fair site, during the assembly, exhibition and disassembly periods. The cost will be charged to Exhibitors, and the amount will be reported in the Appendix to the relevant exhibition.3. The Civil Liability Insurance will also cover cross liability, where all insured persons are considered as third parties in relation to one another.4. The Civil Liability Insurance does not cover liability in the following cases: - Arising from intentional, deliberate or conscious disregard by the Insured party of the need to take the necessary precautions to prevent damage, including acts or omissions related to measures required for the maintenance, repair and/ or security of the property and/ or facilities. - Damage resulting from a wrongful act or omission by the Insured party, related to measures required for the repair and/ or safety of that same property. For loss or damage resulting from the intentional infringement of laws, regulations, ordinances and provisions of the authorities. - For theft, robbery, embezzlement, abuse of trust, defamation, sharing of business secrets by the Insured party and for disloyalty of its employees, directly employed or representatives, as well as of anyone to whom the Insured person is civilly liable. - For claims directly or indirectly based on and/ or ensuing from pro-fessional errors or omissions, inadequate provision and/ or lack of provision of professional services. - For claims for losses incurred, where the circumstances or event capable of causing them were known to the Insured party before the policy began.5. This policy does not guarantee claims, losses, costs or expenses directly or indirectly based on, resulting from, the consequence of or related to the manufacture, extraction, distribution, production, tes ting, repair, removal, storage, fitting, sale, use of or exposure to asbestos or materials or products containing asbestos, whether or not there is another cause that may have concurrently contributed to causing the damage or may be the consequence of damage.6. This agreement does not guarantee claims resulting from the defect in, breakdown, poor functioning or failure of any equipment, any compu-ter system or computer network, computer hardware or software, data processing system, microchip, incorporated chip, integrated circuit or similar devices, or other computer records, whether the pro perty of the Insured person or not.7. Se tal não se verificar, a Organização terá direito a dispor dos mesmos.E) O pessoal encarregado da montagem/desmontagem dos stands deve estar munido dos respectivos cartões fornecidos pela Exponor - Organização da Feira. Todos os cartões de ingresso são rigorosamente pessoais e intransmissíveis (artº 35 do RGF). O controlo de entradas é efectuado quer através da empresa de vigilância durante os períodos de montagem e desmontagem, quer através do sistema de controlo de acessos durante a feira. O uso abusivo destes cartões ditará a apreensão dos mesmos, sem que haja lugar a indemnização ou lhe sejam fornecidos novos cartões.F) Os seguros dos produtos e materiais expostos são da respon-sabilidade dos respectivos expositores. Estes deverão fazer igualmente um seguro de responsabilidade civil que cubra quaisquer danos e prejuízos causados no recinto, nos stands dos outros expositores e a terceiros, incluindo visitantes das feiras. G) As empresas subcontratadas pelos expositores para execução de trabalhos no stand devem respeitar impreterivelmente a legislação, nomeadamente no que respeita a alvarás, contra-tos de trabalho e carteiras profissionais, pelo que é aconse-lhável que os expositores solicitem provas de cumprimento destes requisitos, uma vez que é a sua responsabilidade que está em causa.H) No final da feira, o expositor deve desmontar e retirar todos os materiais usados, de forma a deixar o espaço tal como estava no seu estado original.I) A desmontagem dos stands só poderá ser realizada nos dias e horários pré-fixados.J) Serão da conta e responsabilidade do expositor as despesas ocasionadas com a desmontagem, o transporte e o armaze-namento do material que ainda permaneça nos stands após a desmontagem, conforme artº 40 do RGF.K) Durante o evento, o acesso do expositor será permitido a par-tir de uma hora antes da abertura da exposição. The organisation reserves the right to order alterations or order the dismantling of all facilities liable to harm neighbouring exhibitors or the public.Pursuant to Article 24 of the General Rules and Regulations, the construction, assembly, decoration and dismantling works can only start once the credentials supplied by the Organisation of the Exhibition has been received. This document shall be delivered once all debts to Exponor have been settled.2. preliminarY proVisionsA) The schedule detailing the periods for the assembly and dis-mantling of the stands will be established and made public or communicated to the exhibitor and to the companies hired to carry out the works in the Appendix to the Trade Fairs and Ex-hibitions General Rules and Regulations. If the specified date has to be changed, the Organisation will inform the exhibitor.B) Permits for extraordinary work should be requested in wri-ting to the fair’s Direction, 48 hours in advance. They will be analysed on a case by case basis, and imply payment of a schedule extension fee, mentioned in the appendix to the trade fairs and exhibitions general rules and regulations. A Statement of Responsibility must be signed by the company who requires extra time for assembly/disassembly purposes.C) If the space reserved for the exhibitor has not been occupied 24 hours prior to the opening of the Fair, the Organisation reserves the right to reallocate it.D) The stands must be completely assembled and fitted with the articles declared in the bulletins 12 hours prior to the opening of the fair. If this is not confirmed, the Organisation reserves the right to reallocate them.E) The staff responsible for assembling/dismantling the stands must be in possession of the respective cards issued by Exponor. All admission cards are strictly personal and non-transferable (article 35 of the TFGRR). Admissions are con-trolled both by the security company during the assembly and dismantling periods and by the admissions control system during the exhibition. Improper use of these cards will im-ply their seizure, with no compensation or provision of new cards.F) The insurance of the products and materials on display is the responsibility of the respective exhibitors. Estes trabalhos deverão ser efectuados no espaço destinado ao stand e nunca fora dele.B) Durante os períodos de montagem e desmontagem, os corredores não devem ser ocupados por paletes ou outros materiais de construção, de forma a permitir a circulação de gruas, empilhadores ou máquinas similares e de pessoas.C) Não é permitida a entrada de veículos dentro dos pavilhões.D) Não é permitido o estacionamento de camiões nas áreas adjacentes às entradas principais. De forma a optimizar as operações de carga e descarga, torna-se indispensável que as viaturas abandonem o local após a realização destas operações.E) Durante o funcionamento da feira não é permitido o acesso aos parques dos veículos pesados de mercadorias com publi-cidade.F) Salvo autorização prévia pela Organização, é proibida a per-noita de viaturas nas instalações da EXPONOR e interdita a permanência de viaturas, atrelados, contentores ou outros objectos de grande volume para além dos períodos de mon-tagem e desmontagem, conforme as regras constantes neste Guia.G) Diariamente, durante as operações de montagem, os ex-positores e montadores de stands devem retirar o material em sobra, sendo que a Organização coloca à disposição os contentores necessários para o efeito.H) Também durante o período de feira não é permitida, em qualquer circunstância, a armazenagem de embalagens vazias. Estas devem ser retiradas do recinto o mais rapida-mente possível. A loja Servexpo dispõe de um serviço de ar-mazenamento dessas embalagens.I) Todas as máquinas e/ou equipamentos mecânicos que es-tejam a ser utilizados deverão funcionar com a máxima protecção, de acordo com as regras descritas na legislação em vigor.J) Para a montagem e desmontagem de material pesado, deve o expositor requisitar o serviço de movimentação de cargas à loja Servexpo (servexpo@exponor.pt – www.servexpo.exponor.pt)K) A utilização de meios próprios apenas é permitida para carga e descarga de materiais fora dos pavilhões. A movimentação de cargas para o interior dos pavilhões segue os pressupos-tos referidos na alínea anterior.5. Before beginning assembly work, the exhibitor or its representative should go to the CAEX (Exhibitor Support Centre), in order to obtain directions regarding its location.4. assemblY / dismantlingA) Only assembly, material fitting and final decoration work may be carried out on the exhibition site. These should be carried out within the space designed for the stand and never outside it.B) During the assembly and dismantling periods, the halls should not be obstructed with pallets or other construction materials, so as not restrict the free movement of cranes, forklifts or similar machines, and people.C) The access of vehicles to the site is prohibited. D) Trucks are not allowed to park in the areas adjacent to the main entrances. In order to optimise loading and unloading operations, it is essential that vehicles leave the site once equipment has been (un)loaded.E) During the course of the fair, heavy goods vehicles bearing advertising are not allowed into the parks.F) Unless previously authorised by the Organisation, vehicles are not allowed to stay overnight in the Exponor facilities. Equally, vehicles, trailers, freight containers or other large-sized objects are not allowed to stay beyond the assembly and dismantling periods, as specified by the rules in this Guide.G) Daily, during assembly and dismantling operations, exhibitors and stand fitters should remove all spare material. The Or-ganisation provides containers for this purpose. H) Also during the period of the fair, the storage of empty packa ging is not permitted under any circumstances. This should be removed from the site as quickly as possible. The Servexpo shop provides a service for storing such packaging.I) All machines and/or mechanical equipment which are in use should be operated with the maximum degree of protection, according to the rules described in current legislation.J) For the assembly and dismantling of heavy materials, the exhibitor should request the load handling service from the Servexpo shop (servexpo@exponor.pt – www.servexpo.exponor.pt) K) The use of own means is only permitted for the loading and unloading of materials outside the pavilions. The movement of materials into the pavilions must comply with the requirements set forth in the preceding paragraph.5. ConstruCtion of tHe stand and tYpes of materialA) The maximum height for stands is 6 m.B) The Exhibitors must send the Organization, up to 45 days prior to the beginning of the mounting period, the project of construction and decoration of their stands (article 45- RGF). Prior approval MUST be requested whenever the stand:i) A height between 4 m and 6 m is assumed;ii) Implies the construction or use of more than one floor;iii) Is prejudicial to the visibility of adjacent stands;iv) Is extended beyond the limits of its area;v) Uses illuminated signs with intermittent lights, flashing signs or moving animation which is detrimental to other stands.C) The fitting of lighting devices inside the stands is the respon-sibility of the exhibitor or the fitting company subcontracted by it.D) It is forbidden to paint, drill, apply wall-paper, cut, damage or appropriate hired decorative elements. During the assembly and dismantling periods, this service should be requested at the ServExpo shop, near the east entrance.B) All electrical fittings belonging to the exhibitors must comply with the official norms and regulations in force and particular attention must be paid to the Safety Regulations for the Use of Electric Power. Doing so not only reduces the space they will take up in the container, but also the costs and pollution caused by transporting and storing these materials. 3. In order to make it easier to correctly dispose of these materials, each container can be identified by a colour that indicates the type of waste it should be used for. 4. The green container is reserved for glass. Before placing this type of rubbish in the ecopoint, you should note that bottles and other glass items should have their lids or corks removed and should not be damaged.5. The yellow container is to be used specifically for disposing of plastic and metal waste, such as detergent and cleaning product bottles and packaging, polystyrene and plastic bags.6. The blue container should be used to dispose of paper and cardboard, including newspapers, magazines, sheets of paper and paper bags and cardboard boxes.7. Some materials should not be disposed of at the ecopoints, namely mirrors, light bulbs, ceramics, porcelain, acrylic or rubber materials and carpets.8.
