Nagman, expanding on their technical expertise on portables, developed Calibration Work Stations / Test Benches – Primary & Secondary Standard Calibration Test Benches, Temperature Calibration Test Benches, Electrical & Electronics Calibration Test Benches, Multifunction/Multi-parameter Calibration Test Bench Workstations and Computer Aided Calibration Systems – comparable in design, performance, features and accuracies to reputed/established International brands. Have supplied more than 1,500 Test Benches to major industries in India & Worldwide.

High Precision Pressure Primary/Secondary Standards, Precision Signal & Multifunction Calibrators, Pressure Calibrators, Manometers, Humidity Calibration Chambers, IR Pyrometers (Online & Portable), Thermal Imaging Cameras & Scanners, Single & Three Phase Digital Power Analyzers, Auto-tune PID Controllers & a variety of Test & Measuring Instruments [including those for Hazardous (Ex / Flame Proof) applications], Control & Safety Valve Test Rigs etc.

Nagman had developed & introduced several Innovative & Novel Import Substitute Products including Portable Micro-Controller based Dry Block Temperature Calibrators, Black Body Calibration Sources, Hot & Cold Baths, Stirred (Oil / Liquid / Powder) & Multi-hole Very High Temperature Dry Block Calibrators etc.

In addition, Nagman’s developments & introduction in the Pressure Range included Microprocessor based Precision Pressure Calibrators (upto 1000 bar), cost-effective range of Dead Weight Testers (Pneumatic upto 35 bar, Hydraulic upto 1200 bar); and Comparison Testers / Master Gauges (upto 1400 bar), Hand Pumps (OEM) – (Pneumatic upto 40 bar & Hydraulic upto 1000 bar).

Several Models of our Temperature Calibrators are manufactured as per “CE” Norms. Select Models of our Temperature & Pressure Calibrators are DNV Certified. We are also a Member of the IMPA. Nagman had recently launched Varieties of Flow Meters viz. Electro-Magnetic, Coriolis Mass, Vortex, Positive Displacement & Ultrasonic types etc. & Level Transmitters, Guided Wave Radar (Cone/Rod type) & Ultrasonic types. Few another innovative products are Mobile Calibration Lab, Engineering & Vocational Trainer Systems, Height Adjustment Calibration Test Benches covering Temperature, Pressure & Multifunction Calibration parameters.

Nagman have also developed and introduced several utility Instrumentation Software Packages : including Data Management / Calibration Management (integrates with several reputed brands of Calibrators, Digital Multimeters and Test & Measuring Instruments); Asset – Maintenance Management Software Package etc. and have the capability to accept development of custom design assignments in.

Nagman had successfully developed & supplied Level Test & Calibration Rigs (to Kuwait Oil Company, Kuwait; H.M.E.L. Punjab (Bhatinda Refinery), India and Power Technology Solutions, Kazakhstan) to perform variety of Test & Calibration routines for most types of Measuring/Controlling Devices. Nagman have ventured into Design, Development & Manufacture of Flow Meter Calibration Systems (covering Meter Sizes upto DN 300), Water Meter Test Benches (for calibration of Domestic, Industrial & Bulk Water Meters) & Gas Meter Calibration Test Benches – Bell Prover Type (for use in OEMs, Hotels, Hospitals & R&D Institutions).

Nagman’s “Center for Calibration” (Chennai & Mumbai) offers Lab & Site NABL Accredited (equivalent to UKAS) Calibration Services – as per ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Standards covering Thermal, Electro-Technical, Dimensional, Mechanical & Fluid Flow parameters. Nagman have Qualified & Overseas Trained Engineering Personnel to offer customers Applications Engineering & After-Sales Support.

Nagman offers its customers Complete & Comprehensive Calibration Lab Packages including Calibrators (Systems / Test Benches / Portables), integrating System Software, a wide range of Test & Measuring Instruments, Tools and Tackles etc. Nagman also offer Consultancy for Setting up Calibration Lab (from concept to completion & availing of Accreditation).
