Anchor - SARS-COV-2 Reference Standard and Panel - Datasheet

The Anchor SARS-COV-2 Reference Panel is made from a non-pathogenic recombinant RNA virus. The virus carries known target sequences (Wuhan-Hu-1, NC_045512.2) used in more than 160 molecular tests worldwide, including the coding regions for ORF1ab, RDRP, S, E, N, M, ORF8 and unique regions among the coronavirus family. The target titers are 1000, 10000, 100,000 and 1000,000 copies/ml. For the exact value of a specific lot, please refer to the Certificate of Analysis (CoA).
