The DaisyII Incubator makes In-Vitro Dry Matter Disappearance studies easy and efficient. Designed with the user in mind, the DaisyII Incubator can digest more than 100 samples at one time. Rumen or enzymatic inoculum is divided into four digestion jars, rather than individual flasks or test tubes in the conventional methods. Batch processing and the removal of the filtration step simplify in-vitro assays, such as true, apparent and enzymatic digestibility. The DaisyII system maintains constant and uniform heat and agitation within a controlled chamber. Preset at 39.5°C, the temperature settings can be modified to suit various analytical needs. Procedure requires a heat sealer, F57 filter bags and required solutions.
