Ourcustomers told us exactly what they’relooking for in a gas monitoring solution:reliability, simplicity, ease of use. The newiSeries platform delivers on all counts - andthen goes a step farther. One of the critical calibration accessoriesin Thermo’s new iSeries product line is theModel 49i-PS O3 primary standard. Using UV Photometric technology, theModel 49i-PS is able to produce ozone at arate of up to 5000 ppb.The Model 49i-PS isa dual cell photometer, the concept adopt-ed by the NIST for the national ozone stan-dard. The Model 49i-PS can operate withozonator flow rates of up to 6 liters aminute. Because the instrument has bothsample and reference flowing at the sametime a response time of 20 seconds can beachieved.Temperature and pressure correction are standard features. User settable alarmlevels for concentration and for a widevariety of internal diagnostics are availablefrom an easy to follow menu structure. This state-of-the-art gas analyzer offersfeatures such as an ethernet port as wellas flash memory for increased data storage and field upgradability. Ethernet connectivity provides efficientremote access, allowing the user to down-load measurement information directlyfrom the instrument without having to beon-site.You can easily program soft-keys to allowyou to jump directly to frequently accessedfunctions, menus or screens The largerinterface screen can display measurementinformation and staus, while viewing menuand operational screens.
