AQUCAR SUMP BUDDY DB 40 TL Water Treatment Microbiocide is a solid form of DBNPA (2,2-dibromo-3- nitrilopropionamide) in a time-release tablet. DBNPA is a highly effective, non-oxidizing, broad spectrum biocide used to control the growth of harmful bacteria, mold and algae in evaporative cooling applications, such as cooling cells. AQUCAR SUMP BUDDY DB 40 TL Water Treatment Microbiocide tablets incorporate DBNPA in a water soluble matrix that releases the active biocide in a controlled fashion, at an antimicrobial effective rate, over a period up to 3 weeks. For ease and safety of handling, AQUCAR SUMP BUDDY DB 40 TL Water Treatment Microbiocide tablets are wrapped in a protective water-soluble film, which dissolves in water in approximately 5 minutes.
