BASIC USEThe AQURON® I-Deck™ system cures to form an elastomeric surface membrane that provides a lasting eye appealing and easy to clean invisible coating. AQURON® I-Deck™ system is used to apply a seamless monolithic waterproofing/oil repellent to smooth or rough concrete. AQURON® I-Deck™ system can be used for plazas, decks, roof terraces, balconies, parking structures and all other concrete structures. AQURON® I-Deck™ system bonds to clean, cured, dry concrete. AQURON® I-Deck™ system retains its integrity even with substrate movement. If cut or damaged the AQURON® I-Deck™ system will prevent water migration between it and its substrate. AQURON® I-Deck™ system is characterized by tenacious adhesion, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance. The AQURON® I-Deck™ system will waterproof concrete slabs and protect occupied areas underneath from water damage. The AQURON® I-Deck™ system will also assist in protecting concrete from the damaging effects of water deicing agents, chemicals, gasoline, oil and antifreeze.PRECAUTIONSAQURON® I-Deck™ system cannot be applied to concrete when temperatures of substrate or air are below 50ºF/12ºC. Caution should be taken to protect surrounding areas from incidental contact with AQURON® I-Deck™. AQURON® I-Deck™ is very difficult to remove if allowed to dry on surface. Do not allow to freeze.APPlICABlE STANDARDSAQURON® I-Deck™ meets or exceeds the following standards:• ASTM D-2370 Elongation • ASTMC-666 Freeze-thaw resistance • ASTM C-67 Water Absorption • ASTM T-257-78 Chloride-ion Penetration • ASTM C-666 Salt Attack • ASTM D-412 Tensil Strength • ASTM C-794 Pull Resistance • ASTM D-1640 Cure TimeTEChNICAl DATAPhysical . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .liquid Color . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . cloudy clear Specific gravity . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1.04 ph . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .7 to 8 Flash Point . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . none Toxicity . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . insignificant trace of VOC Freeze Temperature . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .32oF/0oC Freeze harm . . . . . . . . . . .possible (DO NOT AllOW)Storage Temperature. . . . . . . . . 50oF-80oF/10oC-26oC hazardous Vapors . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . none Environmentally. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . friendly Shelf life . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . indefinite Flammability. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . none VOC/VOS . . . . . . .
