The interface probe shall be of a high frequency capacitance technology to monitor for the dielectric change between a water and oil interface. A pulse card mounted at the probe head will pulse the signal to the control unit via 2-conductor shielded cable. The control unit can be mounted up to 1 km distance. The sensing probe shall be of Teflon and 316 SS wetted parts.
