The Arrow-Tech, Inc. facility was initially constructed in 1982 by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and was controlled by FEMA until privatized in June 1996. Arrow-Tech, Inc. is the only remaining company in the world that manufactures the Direct-Reading Dosimeter. Arrow-Tech, Inc. is headquartered in Rolla, North Dakota and resides in a 16,000 square foot manufacturing facility.

The Arrow-Tech, Inc. Direct-Reading Dosimeters are rugged, reliable, economical, precision instruments that are small in size and are used to provide immediate and accurate accumulated dose measurements of Gamma and X-Ray radiation. Arrow-Tech, Inc. manufactures two ranges of Direct-Reading Dosimeters in a variety of model sizes which are manufactured to ANSI Standards N13.5 and N322-1997. Arrow-Tech, Inc. can test and calibrate and certify most types of Direct-Reading Dosimeters.

Arrow-Tech, Inc. offers a two-year unconditional warranty on its Direct-Reading Dosimeters and a one-year warranty on Arrow-Tech, Inc. manufactured products. If a failed unit cannot be repaired, Arrow-Tech, Inc. will replace it with a new unit or issue the customer a full refund (credit). For products that are distributed by Arrow-Tech, Inc. the manufacturers warranty will apply. A technical staff is maintained to handle any technical issues during normal business hours Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. CST - 4:30 p.m CST and on Friday 8:00 a.m. CST to 12:00 p.m. CST.
