CANline Audio Alarm Type CWE 58 Application The KIMESSA CWE 58 is a unique BUS compatible audio alarm designed for use with the addressable CANline gas monitoring solution. The CWE 58 is typically used in underground car parks together with the Gas Warning LED display, type LW 260 or LW 1102. The housing consists of powder-coated steel. The audio alarm is constructed for mounting inside of buildings. • An unlimited number may be integrated with addressable gas detectors on the addressable gas monitoring network • Incorporates a programmable relay • Individual programming options for the sounder, beacon and relay: - automatic reset, manual reset or manual reset with override function - programmable time delay to automatically cancel the audio alarm after a set time (1 - 999 sec) - On and OFF programmable time delay function assigned to the visual alarm and relay (1 - 999 sec) • Simple programming of the sounder beacon can allocate one or more gas detectors by alarm level (and or technical fault) • Status LED indicators on CWE 58 (Red – fault. If high carbon monoxide concentrations are exceeded, both the flashing display and horn are activated. Provision of an active warning alarm sign can protect personnel in the danger zone while acting as a visual barrier at entry locations to the car park. The warning display is installed directly on the ceiling or mounted with chains if the car park ceiling is higher than 3 m.
