AVTECH`s patented Active Power w/Temperature Sensor monitors the electrical current flowing through a single-phase powered cable and provides visual confirmation of active power via status light and includes a built-in temperature sensor. Applications for the Active Power w/Temperature Sensor include monitoring the power status of servers located in a data center rack, as well as the exhaust temperature of each server. Unlike other current sensing products, no modifications to the power cord are required, and equipment can remain plugged in and operating while the sensor is installed. This makes it ideal for retrofitting power monitoring onto mission critical equipment.
