Bauder Germany, our parent company, developed its first roofing products in 1857.

Since then, Bauder has grown continuously; with seven factories in Germany, one in Austria and subsidiaries in 16 countries, we have a presence throughout Europe.

Bauder has grown continuously and is now one of the most important manufacturers and suppliers of modern waterproofing, thermal insulation, greening and photovoltaic systems for roofs in Europe. We want to continue to expand this position. With seven plants in Germany, one plant in Austria and subsidiaries in 16 countries, we are present throughout Europe. The export share is more than 40 percent. More than 1,500 dedicated employees work for our customers, almost a quarter of them as qualified consultants on site.

These days, Bauder is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of modern waterproofing systems, thermal insulation, green and blue roofs and photovoltaic systems.

Today, Bauder stands for particularly high-quality and safe roofs - durable, economical and sustainable, with the aim of providing top performance in all areas. As an owner-managed company, we are not under pressure to maximize short-term profits, but rather develop our company steadily and over the long term.
