To meet market and customer requirements and to realize the company’s objectives, BBM Akustik Technologie emphasizes continuous quality and customer orientation. Only with satisfied customers are good business relations, the basis for continuous mutual benefit, possible.

To achieve the visions and objectives described below BBM Akustik Technologie GmbH has introduced a process-based quality management system and assures its strict application and constant further development.

The quality management system is based on DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and fully meets the requirements of this international standard.. This applies to all branch offices of the company.

The QM documentation consists of a quality manual, process instructions as well as the work and control instructions.
