This is valid especially for mobile water tap connections, as these are the places where water contamination can possibly happen. BEULCO® drinking water stand pipes offer safety against contamination of drinking water up to liquid category 4 acc. to DIN EN 1717. Note: Only one operator is allowed to be connected to each tap connection. For this purpose BEULCO offers not only the differential pressure measuring case but also an electronic testing device. On customers’ request this can be optionally a mobile testing case or a testing station. Both are suitable for a simple and fast function test and for the stipulated annual testing acc. to DIN 1988-8. We can certainly carry out the inspection for backflow preventer BA DN 20 and DN 40 from BEULCO, but we can also arrange the inspection of other brands, if requested.Technical Description of the Testing DeviceThe test medium of the electronic testing device is air. That permits an absolutely clean and dry test. The required testing air has to be delivered externally. The testing pressure can be max. 6 bar and can be adjusted manually. The electricity supply is effected by a standard connection 230 V AC.The test specimen is connected to the testing device by a few movements. All required adapters are inclu-ded. The connecting lines are marked with colours. The same colours are at the testing adapters and at the device.The test specimen and the test type can be determined on the user-friendly touchscreen. The testing is carried out program-controlled and nearly automatically. All steps and results are registered in a report and can be printed directly by the integrated label printer.
