The unit transports difficult-to-convey solids from large pelletsto sub-micron powders such as: pigments, titanium dioxide, fragileparticles and products containing moisture, oil, fat and other additivesthat can cause materials to cake under slight pressure or frictional heat.The enclosed conveyor tube prevents product and plant contamination,and enables products to maintain moisture and temperature levels, whilethe gentle rolling action of the inner spiral prevents the separation ofblends. The rugged inner screw is the only moving part contactingmaterial, resulting in reduced maintenance and increased reliability.BEV-CON™ conveyors are available for low- to high-capacity applicationsin stationary configurations (shown) and as mobile units, designed,constructed and finished to industrial, food, (3-A) dairy and pharmaceutical standards.
