The BHS Glass Breaker-DRS® uses patented Tri Disc™ technology to separate glass from fiber and container streams. Typically positioned under a BHS OCC Separator®, the BHS Glass Breaker-DRS is fitted with in-line, steel TriDiscs™ strengthened to a 400+ Brinell rating for durability. The aggressive action of the rotating discs reduces the size of the glass and the perfectly-sized IFOs screen the glass and fines out of the material stream without loss of flattened aluminum, single-serve PET bottles or other valuable commodities. The BHS Glass Breaker-DRS® is also available as a stand-alone screen.
